Holiday Inn Express & Suites Davenport, an IHG Hotel

I’ve been staying here for two years. The staff is mostly great and have not had any issues. I once had a tv that didn’t work. it was late and I when I brought it up the next day, they discounted my room rate. Good value for the money and the breakfast is always hot and ready in the morning.

Enjoy the breakfast lot's of variety of food . The room very clean and peaceful . All the staff is professional and nice . Enjoy the jacuzzi and pool . My son enjoyed his birthday party at the hotel.

Nice place good breakfast. Could use a little more attention to fixtures not working in rooms. Tornado sirens went off in the middle of the night. I didn't hear them, but my wife did. No one at the front desk bothered to call the rooms to advise the quest to move to a lower level.

Staff very helpful! We arrived earlier than expected, they were helpful in getting room ready as soon as possible. Breakfast, so good, especially the hot sweet rolls!! Then we had an issue back home, had to leave a day early, not a problem they said they would not charge for the day!

My husband, 2 kids and myself stayed for 1 night on Labor Day weekend and it was great. The staff was pleasant, the pool and hot tub was clean, our room was clean and not outdated, the cable tv was excellent and the 24hr gym was an added bonus. We did not get a chance to have breakfast because we slept in, but I was told that it was a buffet style breakfast with your typical breakfast items (bacon, eggs, toast, waffles etc.) We will visit again.

My family is relocating across the country and we stopped here for an overnight stay. We are traveling with 2 dogs and loved that this location was pet friendly. The door in the back of the building leads right to the ground floor elevators. Our room was on the 3rd floor but the elevators were close by so it was easy to access with the dogs. There is a lot of green space surrounding the hotel that the dogs were able to enjoy.
Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Staff was very friendly and extremely accomodating. Overall a very enjoyable experience for a restful night sleep.

I am a truck driver and travel for work and spend several nights a week in different hotels. This place is amazing!!
At check in the staff was friendly (I wish I had been told there was an additional incidental charge at time of booking), the lobby was clean. The room is clean, bed amazingly comfortable. The entire property was clean and quiet

Stayed one night with our two pooches at king suite. Room was pretty spacious and clean, super comfortable bed with wonderfully soft bed sheets! There is $50 pet fee and there is lots of grassy area for your dog to sniff around. I like that they offer refillable shampoos and conditioners so less waste. Would stay again for sure!

This hotel was great. We had a Two Bed Suite which included a sofa bed couch. Check in was quick and hassel free. The front desk employee was nice and had a good personality. We were treated well and everyone was pleasant. The room was nice and clean. And the coffee in the breakfast area was great!

Because of the weather on Saturday we decided to stay overnight in Davenport. We weren’t sure where to stay since we had our dog with us. The manager at the Thunder Bay Grille suggested the Holiday inn Express across the street. The front desk clerk was very nice our room could not have been better. Very very clean, bed was comfortable the breakfast area was continuously serviced. A lot of times you can tell the character of the General Manager by the type of employees. So I wasn’t surprised when I met the GM Brian the next morning he was very personable and service oriented. I also left an item in the room which was brought immediately to Brian by the maid serving our room and I was contacted. I was so thankful that I was able to return and get my item only alittle over an hour into our trip rather than finding out once I got home which would have been close to six hours later. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staying for 2 night with my wife, 2 children and 2 of their friends. Got ajoining rooms, basically for the wife and I to keep our sanity. Rooms are nice, they have kureg coffee makers microwave and fridge in both. Good breakfast selection which is included and a number of dinning and desert options in the area. There is an indoor pool with hot tub, nothing too big, but good for the kids to have some fun and unwind. Staff was very friendly, check-in went smooth and had no issues during our stay, would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the area.

Nice hotel. Check in was quick. Room was clean and modern. They had good soap, shampoo, and lotions in the bathroom. Lots of towels as well. Bed was comfy and the pillows were good.

Easy access coming off of US 80. Nice quiet location. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Parking was not a problem. Wonderfully stocked breakfast 😋 foods in the AM.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times while traveling for work and I've never had an unpleasant experience. Very clean and modern amenities and rooms, a great hot breakfast and friendly staff. Good location right off the interstate and only minutes from every restaurant you can think of.

Great hotel for the price. Clean, friendly, nice room l about. Pool and hot tub were nice. Decent continental breakfast, although we went to the Sunday brunch next door at Thunder Bay Grill.

Connie at the front desk was SUPER helpful with my weirdness when I travel. Something was broken in my previous room and she changed my room right away so I felt safe. LOVE that she did this for me. Great room and comfy beds 💜

We had to stay here because the house we bought wasn't ready to move in yet and although they were hiccups and some of the rooms with minor situations the girl at the front desk deandria was the sweetest staff member I've ever met at a hotel. Treated me like a friend and went Far and Beyond of the job description. If I ever have to stay at a hotel again I will definitely go out of my way to stay here, very clean rooms and located close to everything. You can't go wrong here

Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were nice had issue with the air conditioner apparently it is motion activated so it would shutoff and get warm in the room. Continental breakfast was good.

Saved my life. Driving 4 hours from Omaha to Chicago, need a place to rest. They have clean rooms, kind of new, quiet and has a Jacuzzi to relax. Pretty convinient and very good price. Will come back one day.

Beautiful and clean. Todd at the front desk made checking in at 2:30 in the morning a pleasure, the breakfast was excellent and the hostess was super helpful and fun. I would stay again and highly recommend.
