Litchfield Urgent Care

The process was so easy and quick. We did the “get in line” online prior to leaving the house. Got a call within 30 min to confirm, go over insurance and why we needed to be seen. My daughter absolutely loved the kid table in the waiting room. We were in the room by our appointment time and had maybe 15 min wait for the doctor. Dr. Jen was amazing and sweet with our 3 year old. We will absolutely be back when needed!

Amazing staff here! We are new to the area and I was nervous about taking my children to new doctors, especially since they are special needs. Both times the doctors have been patient, knowledgeable and supportive. Would highly recommend!!

Staff was friendly and quick! Place was super clean with snacks and water for anyone. First time here was very happy.

Clean place nice staff doctors an nurses are easy to talk to a polite . They help an always try to find out why you’re sick or what’s wrong . I give this place 5 stars.

We use this Urgent care facility several times a year and we always receive great care there. The providers are very knowledgeable and helpful and you can usually get in and be seen quickly. I appreciate that they call and follow up a day or two after your visit, which is nice. They are very good with our five year old daughter and put her at ease when she goes there. She’s very curious and often has questions and they always answer them and are very sweet with her.

I didn’t have to wait, nurse and doctor were very though and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience! Took my 2 year old and was impressed from the fruit snacks in the waiting room to the room set up for pediatrics with puzzles and toys. The clinical team was very professional and kind. All of our concerns were addressed and the nurse practitioner called me herself to give Claire’s test results. We will be using Litchfield Urgent Care again.

I went in with pain in the lower left region of my back. Brandon was very knowledgable and professional when diagnosing my problem. I was prescribed prednisone to help with inflammation around my sciatic nerve.

I want to start off with the place is very welcoming and clean! The receptionist was very sweet over the phone and really made me comfortable in the situation I came in for💛 I loved how she was going above and beyond to help the couple ahead of me as well. She also was very quick to make sure I was checking in and not waiting.
Amazing team all the way around and everyone was so nice. It was a last minute thing and I had to bring my 20 month old son in with me. They did everything to help and keep him busy while I was with the doctor (which was a whole job in itself😅). 10/10 recommend!

I had been dealing with a cold with sinus drainage and cough going on three weeks. I had had enough! I had stopped here before, and had great service. Again, the receptionist was very polite and professional. Barely had to wait to see the physician. He asked several questions, thoroughly examined my throat and ears, and lungs—not wanting to risk the possibility of pneumonia, took x-rays— which ruled that out. Great to hear! He then prescribed my medication—very thorough and friendly. Would highly recommend Litchfield Urgent Care.

Always excellent care without the wait! Staff is very helpful and go above and beyond to ensure every last detail is taken care of. I have needed prescription location changes and notes for work/school and the receptionist has been very polite, happy to assist and does so in a timely manner.

Because of what happened to me it took all I had to even walk out of my house. Dr. Malgam? and this staff were absolutely amazing. God bless them!!

My wife fell and landed on her RT shoulder on Friday 1-06. By Sunday the 8th, the pain was not getting any better. I am 40+ miles away from Litchfield, but it was well worth the drive. Extremely clean facility and the staff from the receptionist to the doctor are all very friendly and professional. Thank you so much for getting my wife in quickly
and finding out what was going on with her. I highly recommend Litchfield Urgent Care and if it is a long drive there,trust me, it's well worth it. Thank you all so much.

Care was exceptional, professional, timely and coinvent as we were on an RV trip. They had their own lab, so results were known immediately, and the medicine was available which allowed us to continue our trip on schedule. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Went there with my 93 year old mother. Very satisfied! Very respectful of my mother, were very efficient, but thorough. Got results immediately and treatment. Puts our regular doctors office to shame. NP Bertolino was excellent. Also, very nice facility- very clean and nice looking! I highly recommend!

I really like this urgent care. They are always so quick, haven't waited yet got the kids right in. No appointment just bring em up. In and out.

I had an infection that needed cut open, and properly dealt with. Followed up with antibiotics. I went in on a Saturday, and was there for only an hour before I was out the door. Great service, trustworthy workers, and no problems at all! I was able to properly walk the next day due to the problem being solved.

Litchfield Urgent Care has the best and most caring personnel than any hospital or urgent care I've dealt with over the last 10 years. They truly care for their patients!

I was here from out of town for work and had to come in to be seen.
The staff from signing in to signing out were great.
The nurses were attentive, professional and polite. I entered with a potential heart issue and was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. Doctor Michelle Alepra was amazing. She came in after testing and her bedside manner was honest and sincere. She was able to explain things to me so I could really understand what was happening with my body.
I was in and out less than 4 hours. In my hometown you can expect an average 8-12 hour wait just to be seen.
