Martin's Supermarket

Meat and chicken always fresh and cheaper than Jewel. Last time I went to jewel steak was spoiling had to throw out.

We love it. Great to have a supermarket within walking distance. They have produce, a deli, homemade tamales, dairy, canned goods, alcohol. So convenient

Really great place to grab authentic hot Mexican food for lunch. Has a really authentic chicken mole. Not basic at all. Fresh made corn tortillas! Grab fresh veggies and fruit for a lunch salad! My go to neighborhood spot for sure! Grocery plus hot food corner store!

Good prices for meat. Specially arrachera.

We got food from here. We buy tinga.but look like chicken soup needs to be made not to watery..but salsa matcha is good on eniting the you put it on...

Always good carnitas and rotisserie chicken. But they need to have it for taco Tuesdays 🌮

Daily costumer. Products are very good and the food is even better. Cooked whole rotisserie chicken is available daily (and it's the best in the area, I guarantee). They recently must have acquired a liquor license, and pizza is available by the slice for a $1. Good food, good people

Fresh meats, your choice of cut. Daily fresh cooked meals on menu to go. The food is delicious for lunch or dinner. Friendly atmosphere. I'm thankful it's our neighborhood food market.

I come here on the weekends to get carnitas and such. The carnitas are super tender, juicy, and flavorful. I also love their frijoles charros. They have a great selection of fresh homemade salsas for purchase as well. The star for me though is their barbacoa. It's cooked in red Chile and served with a side of it's cooking liquid (consome). It is absolutely amazing. I've never had better. You haven't lived until you dip your barbacoa taco in its own consome. Service is prompt and super friendly. A hidden gem for sure.

This is the Best Pizza IN THE CITY!! Born and Raised in Chicago I've Had Peqouds to Giordanos and Trust Me This Is A HIDDEN GEM!! It's Super Duper CRISPY!! And STEAL at .99$. Don't let the Looks Decieve You,it's all about the sauce!! You can feed your whole Family for 4$ and then you'll come back for more!
