I absolutely love the eye care myself and children received from here, all staff we encountered was super friendly and helpful from exam all the way to getting our glasses picked up

It was my first time going to the Effingham office. Everyone was very friendly. Mollie was really friendly. When I was picking out my glasses the girl helped me pick one out between 2 that I like. Best Marion eye center I’ve ever been to!! Will be going there for now on!! Definitely recommend

Excellent and professional care. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Dr. Ahmad was very good at explaining my conditions. I would highly recommend the Marion Eye Centers. I have been a patient at their Flora, Mt Vernon and Effingham facilities and received excellent care at each.

I’ve gone to many different optometrists over the last 20 years, and by far Marion Eye Center in Effingham, IL. exceeds any other experience I’ve had. Dr. Hall is so joyful and fun to work with. It’s almost as if you’re not at an exam at all. The rest of the staff was kind and welcoming as well. I felt like I had been a patient there for years and I was just catching up with a friend rather than going for my first visit. 10/10 would recommend! Very family friendly environment, I will be taking my littles for their exams here. Also, for anyone on Medicaid - this is the only place I’ve been that 100% does not treat you differently for it. They have a good selection of frames for Medicaid patients as well. Definitely a great experience overall!

This is my second visit to this location. Each time I was welcomed warmly and taken care of quickly. Lanie, the young lady, who helped me choose my frames was superb. She was so kind and helpful. She did such a great job helping me pick out frames. She stayed within my budget. I have had so many compliments on my glasses. If I hadn't had her guidance, I would have chosen another set of frames. I definitely will come back time and again.

Nice office and really nice, professional people working there. I decided when I needed my eyes checked to try Marion Eye Centers & Optical. I am glad I did. Their staff from the person at the desk to the doctor to the ones helping me pick out glasses were all very pleasant and helpful. They were professional and friendly at my checkup. My regular doctor was out but the person I saw was also great.

My family and I have been going to MEC for several years now and we keep going back because Dr. Hall and Lanie (the optician) are, in a word, fantastic!

Dr. Hall is always prompt and attentive and never ceases to brighten the day with her upbeat personality!

Lanie is the only person that I will ever work with to help pick out the right frames for me and make any adjustments that are needed. Her experience is invaluable in helping patients understand what the pros and cons might be of any particular frame and has this uncanny ability to make adjustments to the frames that you didn't even know would help. I can't count the number of times I have gone in and before I even tell her what's going on, she immediately sees the issue and knows precisely what needs to be done to fix it. I literally cannot say enough amazing things about her!

I came to Marion Eye Care when my optometrist closed his practice. I have been so happy with my service here! The front desk employees are super nice and take care of appointments, contact orders etc. in a very timely and cheerful manner.
Mollie Raddidz came highly recommended by a friend. Mollie is very professional, friendly and attentive to detail. We were chatting like old friends within minutes and I felt very at ease! My eye exam was excellent and my contacts came in promptly! Reordering is easy and Michelle handled my reorder quickly!
The facility decor is upscale and the offices and restrooms are very clean. Definitely go in and check it our!!

Dr. Hall and the entire staff at Marion Eye center are all a level above anyone I've previously seen for eye care. They are caring, compassionate and truly take time with their patients. Dr. Hall will explain everything going on in a way you can understand. I highly recommend them for all of your eye care needs.

Such friendly staff and we love Dr. Molly Radditz! She's so great! Very knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. I'm diabetic and have cataracts. She explains everything thoroughly. The IDPA glasses can take from 3 to 6 months to come in, which isn't their fault, but it's bad for a patient whose script changes frequently. I purchased my own glasses with the transition tint and UV tint called Crizal, that really helps cut down on night driving blindness and helps out a great and warranted scratch protection on my lenses. They have such cute glasses to pick from. The had a great deal this time for three frames, which were normally $209, but they were free!!

Wonderful service and great eye care professionals. I walked in to the office to make an appointment for a future date. The caring staff was able to fit me in and take care of me with a short wait.

I had the best care I could ever ask for! Everyone was so kind, they explained everthing to me! It was great cuz they wasn't in a big hurry! They let me ask questions w/O rushing me! It was so great to finally after almost 50 yrs to find out the real reason I am bling in my right eye! I would recomed them to anyone I can! Great job dr. Walk!

I've gone to this eye center for a couple of years now and have consistently had excellent experiences. The facility is very pleasant and attractive. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor is efficient and courteous. I will stay a client as long as possible.

Being new to Effingham, I had noticed several Marion Eye Centers all over S. IL, so I figured they must be good. I was impressed with the staff and facilities. As well as the modern equipment used to check the health and wellness of my eyes. The prices charged seem reasonable. My first pair of glasses have performed as good as I hoped they would. I look forward to using my other pair of new glasses and my soft contact lenses.

After our regular office closed, my husband and I both went to Marion Eye Care in Effingham. I had seen where everyone's reviews spoke of how much they liked Mollie. Well, now, we are also in her fan club. She is very professional while being quite casual. She not only explained things we needed to know, but showed us what she was talking about, making it very simple and plain to understand. More recent I had cataracts removed from each eye. I can't say enough good about how that went and how pleased I am with the results. I have now dealt with three different doctors at Marion Eye Care, and feel like you just can't get any better.

This was my first time going to Marion Eye Center, due to insurance changes and I am so happy that I decided to go there. The eye doctor that I got was so awesome that she reminds me of my last one. My glasses came in in less than a week and that really surprised me. I know I will be staying at Marion Eye Center for sure!
