Made sure the placement was just where I wanted it. I can not say enough about this company and that they are a family business. Will be back if I am ever in the need for anything else.

Knilan’s is the BEST in home design and delivery! We bought a king size Zimmerman hand-crafted cherry bed frame in beautiful warm heritage finish and we love it—totally worth the wait! The excellent delivery team took their time and made sure it was in the perfect angled spot in our bedroom. We received a gift and thank you letter from the owner. Wonderful service!

Knilans was the exact place that I wanted to check out when looking for a new dining room table and chairs. I had a vision of what I wanted and Becky helped us to find the perfect set!! It took us numerous trips (4 or 5 I think) trying to make decisions on stain color and finish and the type of chairs we wanted, but Becky was so patient and answered all of our questions!!! We were greeted at the door by a Knilans' rep, who then led us to the items we wanted to see. When we had chosen our item, it was quickly and safely wrapped and loaded into our car. It was a very smooth and easy transaction. I recommend them for quality furniture and good service.

I having nothing but rave reviews about Knilans! I wanted to purchase Stickley furniture for my early 20th century Craftsman House and Knilans is the distributer. I am so thankful I was directed to them.Since purchasing my first piece of furniture, I have relied on the interior design help (of Joan) to purchase draperies and other furniture pieces. The advice has been exactly what I needed. The staff has also helped me with reupholstering old furniture. The expertise and carefulness of the delivery persons is exceptional. I can't imagine better help and expertise when one is designing the interior space in a home whether it is contemporary or historical.

In 2001 I made my first purchase at Knilans' and have been coming back ever since -- and my son has now ordered furniture from Knilans'. The personal attention and interior design help with finding the right piece (or pieces), the right style, the right color, the right price is outstanding. The delivery people are careful, on time, and really pleasant. I love looking at what's on the floor.

We had searched at all the big chain furniture stores in the Quad Cities and could never find what we were looking for. We went into Knilans and were surprised at how large the showroom areas were and how many styles they had. We were assisted by Caryl through the entire process. She was knowledgeable and knew various options that fit our needs. She was a great asset. We love the sectional and chairs we bought and the deliverymen were very careful and pleasant. Plus they took our old items to Habitat Restore for us and mailed us the receipt for our donation. Although it took awhile to get the furniture, it was well worth the wait.

Great delivery service from the Knilan’s team! They delivered our new recliner and showed me how to operate it. They made sure they put it in the right spot for me in our living room and gave me a gift baggie which included a cleaning kit, instruction manual and a small treat! Thanks Knilan’s!

I have ordered several pieces of furniture from Knilan's ranging in size from a small entry table to a king size bed. The staff at Knilan's has always been helpful in choosing a piece of furniture and prompt in returning emails and phone calls. The delivery process is always excellent. They take great care with every step of the delivery and setup process. I keep coming back to Knilan's for furniture because I can count on excellent service and excellent products.

We are very happy with all of our purchases from Knilan's. Most recently we purchased a couch from them when my wife decided the old one we had inherited needed to be put to rest instead of continuing to help us rest. Knilan's had an amazing variety to choose from and we were fortunate to find one on sale that matched our decor perfectly. The sales representative was both knowledgable and personable and arranged the paperwork with amazing speed. We were then pleased that our new couch could be delivered to our home in a mere two days even though we live roughly 85 miles out of town. The delivery men were very friendly and helpful and one of them even remembered us from previous deliveries. All in all, we believe that doing business with Knilan's is a pleasure and we recommend them highly.

We can't say enough about Knilans and all of their employees over a 30+ years relationship. We were recently in the store purchasing a piece of furniture and to make arrangements for a service call on a previously acquired furniture piece. Yes, Knilans offers in-house service on the products they sell.

Before we left the store Knilan's service man, Shawn, called us to see when he could come over to our home to take a look. Shawn came the next day and graciously took care of our problem. Now that is service! We also want to mention the delivery crew. They are top notch, arriving as scheduled, not within a 2 to 4 hour window of time. A final thanks to Joan and the Schlicksup family for their superior customer care over the 30+ years.

My husband and I worked with Becky at Knilans for close to 2 years. What started as a small project, ended up as a complete main level makeover and refresh. Becky helped with coorinating a contractor for pocket doors and she helped with picking out paint colors, furniture, flooring, tile and accessories. She also provided a list of companies she recommends for tile work, painting, reupholstering, etc. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and we LOVE our new space! We would have never come up with these ideas on our own so we greatly appreciate her expertise and willingness to push us outside of our box! We would highly recommend giving her a call!
