Mammoth Poke

So delish! My new #2 spot for poke! Like I only get poke from one spot but this had to be added to the list. I love how fresh the Ingredients taste and the sustainable packaging ✨

Wow! This is some really good poke! I created a bowl with 3 proteins and the fish tasted fresh, the sauces were yummy (I got spicy Mayo and wasabi Mayo), and the toppings were cut finely. I am really happy with the flavors! The only thing I can “complain” about is that other poke spots have provided larger scoops of the proteins for similar prices. I will definitely be returning!!

The owner is absolutely amazing and such a kind person. The food is fresh and delicious. Very filling and gets better with every bite. The bowl is average sized and very well packed. Wish there was one in the Gold Coast so I could walk over for some lunch during work. Will continue to enjoy this location till they open more!

5 stars with a critique: I want to preface this by saying that I love this place. Always quality food and service which is why I’m doing 5 stars. But tonight I ordered a bowl with tortilla chips included and didn’t realize they would fill HALF the bowl with tortilla chips and place the rest of the ingredients on top. I think anyone would have preferred more salmon or greens or fruit vs all of these chips. It really bummed me out, especially when the bowl was $14.

Sooo yummy & filling!! Plus the prices aren’t outrageous. You get a lot of food for your money too! The ingredients are so fresh and the store looks very clean. Also the workers are super helpful at suggesting ingredients and what they think would taste good in your bowl. I had the poke bowl with ahi tuna and my fiancé had the sushi burrito with ahi tuna and shrimp tempura. So good! We also had the miso soup which was delicious! Great spot for a quick easy dinner!

Excellent poke place! the portions are a little small but they are packed with so much flavor and textures that you don’t even really notice. Highly recommend ‘The Bucktown’ bowl!

My Poke bowl was fresh and delicious! The staff was very friendly and learned that it is family owned/operated and designed by the husband and wife. Will definitely be back again soon!

Awesome poke place! The spicy tuna, salmon, and shrimp were so good. The sauces they have taste really good and all the ingredients were very fresh I'd highly recommend this spot. Very friendly people too! They have a nice small patio as well.

I am still trying to find a better poke place than here in the city and I can’t. The food is always consistent and always good. Fast and friendly service, too.

100% love this new independently run neighborhood spot. It’s fresh and delicious and super easy to customize. Definitely one of the healthiest options in the neighborhood too.

Absolutely love the food and the two owners. The food was fresh, delicious and super filling. The proteins I got were the spicy shrimp, tuna and spicy salmon. They’re a brand new restaurant so I highly suggest stopping by and supporting this local small business if you get the chance!

Great bowl, fresh ingredients. The rice was perfect and warm but not too hot to melt the lettuce. Unlimited toppings is the best thing about this place

Love this new restaurant! They are a great addition to the area and have a variety of fresh fish and topping options. The staff is incredibly friendly and move you through the line relatively quick. I've tried both the rice bowls and the sushi burrito, and both were excellent - the topping combination in the sushi burrito went perfectly with spicy tuna.
