This place rocks!
The ambiance. The loud music and upbeat staff.
The beautiful modern decor. The drinks.
The FOOD!!!
Personal pizzas that ROCK your tastebuds!.
Sophisticated, yet rebellious!
Crisp and soft at the same time.
So complex and well matched combinations.
They make my soul smile!
We frequent this place for small intimate dates to medium sized celebrations and they never disappoint. They have artfully crafted pizzas for every taste.
Their bar can crank out some amazing drinks from beers to sophisticated and elegant drinks.
And let's not forget deserts!
Fresh tasty Cannoli, Nutella Pizza and more.
I will say, this is not your average, old school pizza joint. This is a hip and modern place that celebrates youth with a sassy attitude and great food.
Great all around spot.

This has to be one of the best pizzas you will ever have in Chicago! They are only 1 of 3 Neopolitan certified pizzerias in the state!! Everything we had was amazing including the silky smooth tiramisu, smoky old fashioned, succulent family recipe meatballs abd of course the white and red pizzas. Carlos was an exceptional server that was not only knowledgeable about the entire menu but beyond hospitable, enthusiastic and made you feel like you are at home. The entire team at Forno is incredible and that doesn't even mention the impeccable food you will have in a cozy ambiance! Get everything and anything on the menu because it is all GREAT!!

A great find! I’m gluten and dairy free and they made my pizza taste like it was full of both! Super friendly and attentive staff in a really cute part of town. Whatever you do, ask for the spicy olive oil! A must stop!

When I had this Italian Neapolitan pizza for the first time, it changed the way I looked at pizza, I was so used to the Chicago deep dish and the NYC thin crust style. We ordered burrata and pistacchio pizza. The bread for the burrata was really soft, light, and easy to tear. That butter in the middle was full of flavor and creamy. I wished I had more of this but I had to stop and make room for pizza. After receiving the pistacchio pizza, that aroma was intoxicating. That first bite is very important. I tasted the basil and pistacchio pesto first, then fresh sausage and mozzarella. You’ll feel full but not like overstuffed, like you’re going to explode with the deep dish. Terrific service and prices are very standard for this area of Chicago. There was a sufficient amount of seating inside.

Love this fun and bustling place full of life and good food and drinks. It’s always packed and lively and the atmosphere is so relaxed w music and people chatting away having fun. We tried the cáprese di búfalo (Buffalo cheese w bread) and margherita brick oven pizza with fresh mozzarella cheese and basil and olive oil and marinara sauce. The food was not salty and the dough was fresh and chewy. We had the Smoke Infused Old Fashioned Rosemary (bourbon, bitters, and Demerara syrup). The pizza is always consistently good. And one pizza is usually good for 2 people unless you are super hungry. The different varieties of pizza are also amazing. And the staff is always nice and friendly. Ricardo is the owner and he is always gracious and welcoming…and just a great fun guy who works very hard to please his customers.

This is the best pizza I’ve had other than Italy itself. HIGHLY recommend this place. I am not one to put a 5 star review on google but this place deserves them all. Carols was great and there is nothing more I could ask for!!!

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would. My husband and I came in one night and sat at the bar for dinner while watching the NFL games and we’re treated so well for our first time visiting. Loved talking with the bartender and owner and trying all new dishes!! Obsessed with the beet salad, truffle white pizza, award winning margherita and topped it all off with an amazing molten lava cake. Will be back!!!

This place was AMAZING. I'm visiting Chicago and was referred this restaurant and I am so satisfied. The pizzas that are shown in the picture the award winning cuputo cup, margarita, bufalina, and affumicata. The tiramisu was delicious. And on top of all that, the customer service was beautiful. We felt at home, the server was so helpful, she was so friendly and made our visit here beyond amazing. The manager of this location is a great guy, came out and talked to us. I couldn't be anymore satisfied with the beginning of my trip. I highly recommend! Highly!!!!

Gluten free pizza was excellent. We chose this restaurant because we had several gluten free diners in our group of 10. The GF crust was both airy and crispy. Everyone enjoyed their pizza. Service was great.

This post is late but nonetheless, I have to mention how amazing Ricardo was for accommodating my last minute cancellation I made for a party of 10 on New Year’s Eve! The cancellation policy is very clear and states the fee per person but Ricardo waived the fee to allow me to start the new year on the right foot. I’m very grateful for his humanity and I’m excited to be dining here tonight!

First I was welcomed by a friendly hostess, then next greeted by a very nice waiter. I’m not from around here so I was nervous and then asked what he recommended and oh my the Reginella he recommended was the best pizza I ever had. Thank you so much for the great experience

Forno Rosso was my 1st indoor dining experience in over a year and it did not disappoint! This place came highly recommended by friends so we were super excited to try it. The restaurant itself is beautiful and inviting. There are inside and outside options for seating.

We started off with the Salumi Misti and it was the perfect appetizer to share with friends. We each ordered our own pizzas that included Carbonara, Tartufo, Pistachio, and the special which was a pizza/calzone combo. Everyone at our table LOVED their pizza. I was especially impressed with the Carbonara and Pistachio pizzas. Service was wonderful and the vibe of the restaurant was perfect for reuniting with vaccinated friends after a long 16 months.

Enjoyed a fantastic meal in the West Loop. Thin crust Neapolitan-style pizza, cooked in a wood burning oven for that perfect charred crust. Locally sourced ingredients and toppings. Started with octopus carpaccio, thinly sliced with arugula in a lemon vinaigrette. Light choice and a great start on a hot summer evening. Wood-fired meatballs were served with warm toast and a savory red sauce.

My wife and I shared two pizzas. Each is a good size for one person. She ordered the Caputo Cup winning Datterino, with mozzarella di bufala and ciliegne di bufala. I went for more protein with the Tre Carne, incredible local sausage, hot sopressata and speck. We saved a slice each for later to leave room for dessert, and we’re glad we did. Tiramisu was as good as we’d had most anywhere.

Customer service was as good as the food. Upon learning it was our first time there, Rich, the owner, introduced himself and told us to save room for the tiramisu as it was a new presentation. He also brought us limoncellos to go with our dessert. A family owned and family-friendly restaurant, we’re definitely returning and making Forno Rosso on Randolph a regular stop when we’re in Chicago.

This might be the best pizza in Chicago! We had a Margherita and a Marinara pizza and both were amazing. On top of that, the service was great, and our server was super friendly. 10/10!

I’ve had a great meal here and the service was good. However, the pizza was not as good as I thought it would be. I might come back another day to give it another try. But my pizza experience was just okay comparatively to other pizza places I went to before.

Visited last week for lunch and had a fantastic meal. Our server Carlos was very attentive and was super helpful with answering any questions in regards to the menu. He recommended the Prosciutto Bufala for an appetizer which was incredible. I ordered the Tre Carne pizza and my buddy had the Veneto. Both pizzas were delicious and made for two meals.

The owner Ricardo also stopped by to greet us and was very welcoming. He made sure we were well taken care of and was very friendly. It was a really nice gesture for him to swing by and check in.

My only issue is that I wish I had been coming here sooner. It was a great meal and I can't wait to come back and try the other pizzas. Can't wait to come back and try some other pizzas on the menu.

I accidently order my TO GO order for the following day. The owner cancelled the order for a full refund, and insisted I wait while they made my order anyways (for free). Cannot top that customer service. Food was also amazing. Will definitely be returning.
