Anthony Lupo - COUNTRY Financial Agent

I have to say Country agents are top notch. Larry retired and in comes the new guy, Anthony. Our phone conversation started off "Hello Mrs. Bender, ..." He got me with Mrs. Bender. I'm from that world where respect is everything. He then introduced himself as my new agent and I thought "I'm gonna like this guy." His follow-up phone call was planned the following Monday. During this call we set a time to meet in just 2 hours! It just happened to be perfect timing for both me and my husband to meet with Anthony. It was last minute but for us that works well with our busy schedules.
Anthony is energetic and knew his insurance. He showed us what we had in our policies, what we could improve on in them IF WE CHOSE TO; he explained how Country arrives at a policy cost, he took notes on questions we had and offered us financial help.
When I read this to my husband I asked him was there anything I could add to this and his response was "Yeah...he was a regular guy, NOT PUSHY"
One more thing....those questions he wrote down, we had answers to them the next day in our email box.
This is why we are giving Mr. Lupo a five star rating.
