Holiday Inn & Suites Decatur-Forsyth, an IHG Hotel

Highly recommend staying here when traveling for work. The customer service that the manager and the staff provide here is beyond phenomenal. I had some scheduling issues with work and the manager was able to accommodate my request and I am greatly appreciative of them. I will definitely be staying here every time I’m in town for work.

The hotel's team is great and always available to help you. The rooms' doors are quite noisy, and can disturb you if your neighbor needs to wake up early. But everything else was clean and perfect.

Nice and clean. Has a bar and grill attached, The food is good. Pool and small gym. Fire pit out back on a small patio. Charcoal grill.

Undergoing renovations at this time. The staff was accommodating room was nice and clean and comfortable, Can't wait to see the hotel after the upgrade,we'll definitely stay here again

Mr. Patel, manager at this Holiday Inn went further than any service person I have ever met! The room was great, but we knew this since we stay often. The extra effort showed up after staying there 4 months ago. Evidently my watch was discarded with our pizza box in the dumpster outside. An employee brought it into Manager Patel. He did not have a charger for this watch, yet held on to it & after finding and charging, he tried hard to find me. He looked at my name, going through to find someone with my last name, & finally, calling my sister. Who does this these days? A very conscious minded, kind man going the extra effort to assist a customer. We will ALWAYS stay with this Holiday Inn in the future.

Pros: nice hotel and staff, comfy beds, good location

Cons: water leak stain on the ceiling of my room, water pressure only lasted half the shower, expensive

All that being said this is the best hotel I have stayed at in Decatur so far.

Very clean! Spacious and modern decor. This hotel seemed like it was fairly new. The employees at the front desk were VERY friendly. They talked to us like family...very complimentary and inquiring our reason for our visit. My husband and I went out Friday evening. When we returned, the worker was seated in the lobby reading a book...like we were coming into a home. She said, "welcome back, did you have a nice evening?" VERY pleasant and relaxing stay.

This hotel was convenient and quiet. I loved the bed, very comfy and nice sheets and pillows

Very clean and spacious rooms very home away from home. We loved our stay here will definitely keep staying here when we are back in town again . We travel a lot for my fiance work so will definitely be back. I recommend anyone to stay here very cozy

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. I repeat, do not. They don’t care about their customers and housekeeping are stealing people belongings. Take your money as a customer where you are appreciated.

We ate at Burger Theory in the Holiday Inn. We were there when they first opened so they weren't quite on their game yet but they finished nicely. Great burgers.

I have never gone wrong (unless they are all booked and I can't stay there.. boo) with a Holiday Inn. They take cleanliness and being bug free seriously (like really really seriously). And don't get me started on the service top teir all the way baby!

After reading previous reviews I was worried. But i had no problems . Great service. The room was clean the beds were comfortable, good pillows.

Great hotel as expected. The Burger Theory restaurant attached to it has a great selection of beer/bourbon/whiskey, including hard to find Japanese variety.
Great service both hotel and restaurant.
If you desire different place to eat, nearby there is a large selection of restaurants as well as a shopping mall.
Highly recommended.

My family's stay was lovely. The room was nice, modern and very clean. The hotel staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We'll definetly return.

We’ve stayed here several times now. The rooms are always impeccably clean, the beds are super comfy and the staff is always friendly and efficient. The only place we’ll stay.

Good accommodations with clean room comfy beds. I was there at the same time as a football team and I slept peacefully. It helps that the Cracker Barrel is very close for late dinners.

Very nice, clean, and modern Holiday Inn. Staff was friendly and air conditioner was ice cold! Bed was really good too. Hamburger joint attached is really good, also.

Robyn, Autumn, Shelby, and Alice are the best!! (restaurant). Jenny and Tonya at the front desk are also the best!!!!!!
We stayed here from 12/13 - 12/18/2018 for my husband's father military service. We would really love to stay here again (my girls 👍❤, that's what I call them) are still here! We will be coming back to this area from South Carolina soon. We live there, but our home (and my heart) is here in Illinois.

Really nice hotel, extremely comfy beds, our room even had a mini fridge that blends into the furniture really nicely. Would definitely stay again!
