These guys are awesome! I called at 9:30 the day after Christmas and they were at my house within an hour. Thank you for the quick response and excellent service.

I’ve had sewer issues for months, and the final straw was when early one morning before waking up I heard a deep gurgling sound that came from the bathroom. Nothing had been used since the evening before.
I had raw sewage waste backed up into my tub 1/3 of the way full and water everywhere from the toilet. No sewage from the toilet. Needless to say I was in a panic like no other with wondering “what next”? It wouldn’t recede for me at all, so I called Alpha, who I’ve known well over 30 years. The owner, Dennis Schmittling talked with me and made time for two of his guys to come out within two hours.
The guys were not only knowledgeable and professional, they’re very personable and honest, a pleasure to speak with.
I had bad news as they tried clearing the sewer line in my yard, but hit a blockage they couldn’t cut through at 50’ down. Told me it was a thick sludge and will likely happen again, and to call them immediately if it did occur again. Also gave me tips on what to use and not to use as far as toilet paper etc. I’ve never had this issue at any other home in over 35 years, so they were very helpful.
Tree roots are typical in this neighborhood and was advised to use copper sulphate to dissolve those. I’ve picked that up!

I’m having another well known “does it all” plumbing company out tomorrow to advise on the problem with the camera they use as well as other issues I’ve had with the water and sewer lines since moving in last October.

I highly recommend Alpha Sewer, and knew they could only do so much but they fit me in immediately and unclogged what they could for me, and the price was very fair and reasonable!!
If you’ve got to deal with stuff like this, hire the best, and Alpha is definitely one of those!

Happy that I called Alpha Sewer Services today and they immediately fixed my problem within 30 minutes. Rick and co-worker were very professional and got to the issue as we were ripped off my another local company. My Mom Recently bought an older home and the previous owner told her she would need to have the sewer lines cleaned out due to roots growing into them. She recommended Alpha Plumbing and Sam and Rick showed up today to do the job. They were very friendly and explained what they would be doing and got down to it. They finished quickly and when they left the kitchen sink was no longer gurgling like it was before and the toilet was flushing better than ever. They did a great job and their pricing was very reasonable. She's very glad to have someone reliable to take care of this for her whenever she need them!

Dennis is awesome! Very polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. He even played catch with my son while waiting for me to make a phone call. :)

He didn't give us some insane quote to fix our sewer line without any diagnostic work like another company did. Turns out, our sewer line doesn't even run where the problem in the yard is.

I've had Alpha Sewer cleaning my drains for a few years now, most recently this morning. At 7:30, my kiddo noticed the bathtub was backing up. At 7:45, I called Alpha and left a message. Even though they don't open until 8, the owner called me right back and said he'd be here by 8:15. He got here a bit earlier than that, and my drains were cleared in less than 30 minutes.

Seriously, this business is great at what they do and great at customer service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I recommend Alpha Sewer to anyone who needs plumbing services done to their home. I placed a call with them yesterday and they were out today and cleared my sewer lines within minutes. The owner and his team are remarkable and very nice. This company is very reasonable price wise.

I was having issues with my shower backing up - I called, left a voicemail and had an appointment scheduled that day! The guys (Rick and Sam) showed up on time, were very friendly and listened to my amateur explanation of what was wrong.

They figured out the real issue quickly, explained it to me and taught me ways to help prevent the issue in the future. And on top of it all, it was fairly priced.

Dennis has been a plumber for 35 years and he is a true expert in his field. He knows what he's doing. Anyone who says otherwise doesn't understand what he does. Many people use his service and call him a hero. Decent prices with exceptional service and expertise. He will tell you exactly what is wrong and clear any blockage. If he can't fix it no one can.

Was referred to another company which did not fix my clogged kitchen sink, Called Alpha and they fixed my pipe in a timely fashion. Will recommend them to all my friends.

It sure is nice that you can always count on prompt Professional Service when you need it! I run an apartment complex and Dennis always answers his phone and is usually on the job site within 24 hours.

Great experience,on time, they took care of my clogged sewer line. It would have been nice if they would have spent a little more time cleaning up .Overall good job.I would recommend them.
