Clearing Clinic

This is not a review of the clinic but of Dr. Ryan who is a light in a hopeless place. I was in on Friday and after surviving the horrendous wait, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Dr Ryan who is kind, competent and efficient. If you go to this clinic try to see Dr Ryan, and at least you will receive quality medical attention.

I was in and out in under 30 min for a simple test and prescription. This is efficiency at its best!

i have to wait there and then more appointments for my injury in my heads its is small cuts they didn't put me a band aid they said that but it didn't happen that terrible place to visit

Not real busy an yet seems very slow, don't know if understaffed or what but, sure isn't good. Seen smaller clinics do way better

WORST PLACE TO EVER GO!!!! Physicians are horribly rude I had a work injury just recently and on my first visit I met Dr. Bhabhrawala she was so rude and did not even speak to me about my Plan of care. She examined me for only 5 minutes.... I decided I did not receive the proper medical care and went the following day for a recheck, met with Dr. Davison, and he apologized on her behalf and used the excuse she was extremely busy. (WOW! Busy or not a physician should explain to the patient about their findings and plan of care). Dr. Davison refused to order me an MRI due to "too much paperwork" with my insurance. I was baffled at his response and described my pain to him. He continued to refuse and walked out the room. The receptionist informed me of my next appointment and I informed them I requested an MRI before seeing a physician in order to find the source of my pain, the physician being in the same open room area he yelled out " I already explained that to her and I spent too much time with her already" At this point of time I was crying in pain. I informed him he had spent less than 15 minutes with me!!!! His whole staff was just amazed also at his response by shaking their heads and ignoring his comments. He also did not want to complete my Labor of Department forms and made a big fuss about them as if I was causing him a big distress when in fact it is his duty as a physician to fill out paperwork.
After leaving the facility I called Corporate Office and filed a complaint, they did respond with a call back and apologized about the situation. Even with that I am not content with this facility and this proves that these physicians lack the care and compassion about people and should not be in the profession they are in. Of course they will bill The Department of Labor for their services but I will make sure to inform them of this stressful situation and unprofessional care I endured at this facility. Refrain from going here.

Had to wait almost two hours for a physical exam and drug test. Then as I was leaving in my car after they let me go, they called my cell to come back as they had more tests to do because the nurse misread my form.

It ended up taking 3 hours. If you are an employer I would recommend going with another clinic.

If you come here be prepared to wait hours upon hours merely to piss in a cup. All the workers sit around having mundane conversations and don't get me started on the doctors, you can clearly see them lounging doing nothing in particular. Instead of calling in patients they're fretting about things like the phone.

5/17/17 about 11:15am-I was sent to this clinic by my job for a work related accident. This is the clinic my job used for employees. I only went here instead of my doctor because my boss wanted me to go right away and get checked out. As soon as I walk in I walk to the front desk, there is only 1 person sitting at the desk which is fine because there is no line. She was on the phone for about 5 minutes and did not acknowledge me at all which is sort of ok because she was on the phone. Then she hangs up the phone and still doesn't acknowledge me or say just a minute or anything. She then goes to an unseen area for about 2-3 minutes and by this time another lady had walked up after me. She commenced to walk past me with her papers in her hand and then she asks the lady behind me some questions in Spanish, granted I'm still standing here. So as their exchange ends I say hey, I was standing here before her and you just walked right past me. Her response was "well she has an appointment". I said "ok, well I have been standing here longer than her and you haven't even acknowledged me yet." In my head I'm thinking I could have had an appointment too, what does that have to do with anything...and she didn t know that until she asked her. So then she kind of rolls her eyes and acts like I bothered her, she goes back behind the desk and asks me why I'm here blah blah, and hands me my paper work and takes a photo of my id. However, there was no courtesy In her actions and no apology for her actions.

Staff is extremely unprofessional. They are truely unfit for the Healthcare Field. This Clinic is in no way "immediate care"
Hope they re-evaluate their hiring practices. I've been to grocery stores with friendlier more down to earth staff. What a shame.
Hope the city shuts it down sooner than later so these people can appreciate having a "j-o-b"

I wish i could give them a 0! Dr Davison is a monster. I took my 6yr old in for xrays and he didnt even examine her foot! He got in her face and pointed his finger in her face like my daughter was an animal and yelled at her repeatedly to SHUT UP YOU HEAR ME SHUT IT SHUT IT NOW!! while screaming at my daughter he was also grabbing her injured foot and forcing it flat while my daughter is yelling with fear for her life and in pain. I was standing right besides her and had to intervene to protect my daughter from this monster. He was seconds away from physically harming her. all he could say was sorry? DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN HERE. He should not be helping patients. Very unprofessional. I even had to call the cops to put in a report for making us feel like we were in danger.

Doctor prescribed medicine that didn't even work for me. Doctor stated that I might need more medication if it doesn't work. So when I call for a refill, he said I needed to go in again. What a waste of time and money.

They are very rude take for every employees are just very lazy. You seriously have to wait just to piss in a cup for a drug test. This place really sucks.

Wait times are very unreasonable. Do not waste your time. 4hrs of waiting for "immediate" care doesn't add up.

Horrible dumb lazy ass ignorant workers from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor who I waited over 2 hours to see to think I would of learned my lesson after my first 2 visits never again

Got turned away with a 3 year old bleeding from his head. Said they were closed when they had a waiting room full of people and smokers going on and out.
