I completely messed up my own hair by using a box hair dye 😬. My hair came out green. I booked an appt with Adrian and I couldn't be more happy. She was able to get the green out, took her time, stayed with me for the 3 hrs it took making sure my hair was not breaking and making sure it was perfect. I am so glad that I found Adrian. She did a wonderful job!!! Prices were very fair, place was so clean. I can't thank her enough!!! Highly recommended. Def will be back!

I luv Courtney she made me feel comfortable getting my hair mop cut. I donated what I believed was long enough for "Locs of Love", I have a beautiful young Dashound that is always have by my side and I couldn't believe she was able to pet and treat him comfortable while cutting and styling my mop. I am so happy that I have the opportunity to visit their styling shop. The Staff always makes you feel welcome. They have my interest and my business. Thank you for accepting my Dashound Remington aliis Rem-Tany! I'll be back!

This is a very nice, quaint and relaxing salon in downtown O’Fallon. There is a cute little boutique in the “lobby” for you to shop while you wait. Everyone I had contact with was very nice. It is very organized and gives the feeling of a very “put together” salon. The stylists ask great questions to make sure they provide you with the best experience so that you walk away feeling beautiful! I know I did! ❤

I Love Courtney she is Wonderful. She talks softly and does exactly but better than describe to her the way you want your maine to look. She is my bestest ever!

I’ve been going here ever since they opened. You pay quite a bit more, but rightfully so since I am never disappointed walking away from the refinery. For years and years, I had my hair done by Dani, and let me tell you - she just got me. My hair, my makeup, she did miracles and I walked away feeling truly pretty. Unfortunately, she retired, so it was time to find a new stylist. I can tell you confidently that I’ve tried two new stylists, Taylor & Meg, and both of them have been equally as good at doing my hair. Every time I walk in, whether it’s to dye or cut, they walk through everything with me and they tell me different options and choices that lead me to walking out with something I’m really excited about. Plus, it’s just super fun to talk to all of the people at the refinery. Customer service is fantastic, and it really is a wonderful cute place. To sum everything up, I would say that yes, you pay more but for a service you can trust and a service that really does wonders.

The best salon in O’Fallon! Everyone is super nice, the environment is welcoming, and they are super skilled at what they do! I always leave happy, and I recommend Refinery to all of my incoming Air Force friends!

Tyler gave me a fantastic cut. Also appreciate that he could cut my hair dry as I don't always have time for a wash and cut. He even helped me update my hair when I showed him a photo and he did that cut but changed it a little to better fit the shape of my face. I highly recommend him! And the salon is very nice with friendly staff members. It's hard to find a good stylist and salon like this. I'm going to be a returning client.

Courtney gave me a great haircut and hair color for my wedding! I’m 68 years old and recently got married. The salon has a fabulous staff. Pricey, but worth it!

I had Tyler Gonski for my stylist and let me tell you, he is a Miracle worker!! My hair quarantine hair was rough. He did an excellent job with the style and even wanted to make sure I was ready to cut it all off….(i think there was about 8 inches cut off). My cut looks great! It’s super flattering and makes me feel so much better about myself. Thank you Tyler!!

I absolutely loved my experience!! The hair stylist was wonderful at listening and brought out options well. I enjoyed the experience beginning to end because of his communication and just being a nice, friendly person. I felt inspired in there with the city culture and beautiful people dressed well. It was a high-end experience at a common price!!! I highly recommend!!!

I’ve been going to this salon for almost 2 years!! I couldn’t be happier with the service and talent this place has. I get my hair done by Tyler and his head massages are amazing! My hair is healthy and stylish thanks to him! If you’re in make sure to get your lash extensions done by Emily as well she’s also great!

Jaclyn did an amazing job with my trim and balayage color treatment. I’m a newbie to balayage and she explained the process to me and made sure that I was comfortable with the changes before any color was applied. It turned out very natural, healthy, and even shiny- which is big for a dry haired girl like myself. She made friendly conversation, but also gave me a chance to relax. Best shampoo ever! We all need a little pampering and relaxation these days❤

I love this salon! I've been coming here since they opened and they are so amazing. Tyler is my stylist and he always makes my hair look awesome! I moved to Saint Louis but still make the drive back to see them because they're that awesome!

Great place to get your haircut. We are new to the area. This was the first salon I tried, and I am so, so, so pleased. Courtney cut my hair. I hadn't gotten a haircut since the onset of the COVID pandemic. I didn't really have any expectations, but I was blown away by the work Courtney did. I couldn't stop looking in the mirror when I got home. I love it. I will keep going back to the Refinery, and will ask for Courtney every time. Highly recommend!!

Today was my first time visiting Refinery Salon and I am so glad that I found this place! It's in a nice location and the salon has a cute little boutique and sitting area . I was promptly greeted and offered a beverage (I love when salons have coffee, tea, etc) and led to the chair. Shanna helped me today and gave me the best haircut ( a lob) that I've had in years ! I'm so grateful! Thank you Shanna B and thank you Refinery salon. I definitely recommend and I will be back.

I called for a haircut appointment, and they got me in the next day with Tyler. He gave me a tour of the salon when I got there (which is way bigger than it looks from the outside). He took time to listen to what I wanted and look at some pictures I'd saved of the new style I wanted. He did a great job with the cut and was very knowledgeable about what my hair would/wouldn't do. I'd recommend Tyler or Refinery Salon to anyone looking for a new style or to donate their hair.

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and we went to Refinery to get our hair done. Meg did my updo and she could not have done a better job! I was thrilled with the results, and Meg herself was so detail oriented, made sure every little hair was in place, and was very sweet as well. The salon itself was so clean, had a great hot tea and coffee selection, and had a cute little boutique in the front. The whole experience was excellent, this salon takes pride in its customer service and the stylists take pride in their work.

We needed a color fix for my daughter's hair. We used a temporary hair dye back in Januray and it still had not completely come out. Courtney was able to get the dark purple and fix the sections to give it the natural look we needed. All the ladies at Refinery were helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help fix our temporary color nightmare! We plan to go back in the future!

I visited Tyler G last week to get a haircut. I was so bored with a very dull cut I'd recently gotten somewhere else. The appointment was made last minute and graciously accommodated. Tyler was open to what I wanted, but discussed limitations of the cut. He showed me how to use the product he was using and how to style beach waves. Walked in looking like a tired soccer mom and walked out with a sexy, cool new look. Going back next week for color. I was SO impressed!

I love going to Refinery Salon. The atmosphere has some hustle and bustle but it's never so busy that I find it overwhelming or neglected. It's a fun place. And Jaclyn, who has done my hair several times now, is fantastic! I have had a lot of hair loss recently and she has been really patient working with me to get my hair just how I like it, and has also answered so many questions about different cuts and extensions. Her hair has also been completely different but fabulous every time I've seen her! She's a great advertisement for her own work.
