I have Benn going here since I was a toddler. 33 years later still going strong! Staff and Dr. Are helpful and friendly Anytime u have work done and if u have an issue call them and they'll assist u and have u come in to look everything over and make ur smile look and feel better! If they have a cancelation they will call u and ask if u wanna come in earlier unlike other places. I recommend anyone to go here! Keep up the great work!

Behind a first time pacient, I was glad to be able to get so quickly, and then they were able to extract my tooth the same day which was a relief. Everyone there was very nice and the dentist himself was considerate. I was well cared for, and felt comfortable even with being pregnant.

I and my family have been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and they get you right in and they listen to you. Maybe just a routine check-up or extraction the dentist walks you through the whole process and they're very knowledgeable about what they do there.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, got me in faster than any other dentistry was able to, and I've never had a least painful root canal. I sincerely thank this place for all their help.

I love the staff here, from the receptionist to the hygienists and Dr. Walgren. Every visit is great and very theroux. They explain in details and answer all questions. The prices are great and they give you options. I highly recommend Rochdale Dental for your future dental needs.

If I could give negative stars I would. The assistant is AMAZING!!! However the Dr is rude, unprofessional and in my opinion should not be practicing. My very first visit he argued with me about being able to still feel him working. He didn’t think I needed more. My next visit I had a cleaning and told him the tooth he filled the first time still hurt and felt like it was going to break any time I ate. His solution was to adjust my bite with no anesthetic, causing me to jump, causing him to take a gouge out of the back of the wrong tooth. I immediately told him what happened, and he immediately started arguing with me yet again saying that he didn’t do anything other than what he meant to do, and if there’s something there it was already there. I left this place in TEARS. Not only did it hurt, but he didn’t listen to me at all. Now fast forward 2 months later, and I am in serious pain with infection and in serious need of a root canal. This is MALPRACTICE, as I stated at my cleaning that the filling wasn’t holding up, and he didn’t want to do anything about it, or even listen for that matter. This Dr’s assistant is a saint for working here, as after reading the reviews I’m sure she deals with the wrath of him often. Very very disappointed. Do NOT recommend.

The lady at the front desk was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to do her job. The dentist even called me back/ owner and provided nothing but unprofessional behavior. I would never recommend anyone coming here. It's unfortunate because this is only one of two places people can go with state insurance.

I wish they would answer their phone. I have called them multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail. you a voicemail they take two days to call you back and then when you try to call them back it goes right back to voicemail. It’s just so frustrating but this is the only place that my insurance will take so frustrating. Wish I could give them zero stars.

If I could give this place a negative star I would!!! My mother went here to get a tooth pulled and one fixed. They pulled her tooth and seriously screwed it up. They left a gaping hole in her gum and it was infected so she had to go to our family doctor then she had to go somewhere else to have them care for it because it had a dry socket. Almost 2 weeks have went by and she still can't open her mouth or eat anything. It was a very difficult extraction and they didn't even put any kind of block on the other side of her mouth to help support her jaw. Her whole bottom of her face and the underside of her jaw is all bruised. Then to top it off when she called to cancel her next appointment because her jaw is still so swollen and she can't open her mouth they then told her to NOT COME BACK BECAUSE SHE IS TO BIG AND THEY DON'T WANT THEIR CHAIR BROKEN!!! This is the worst dentist that I have ever seen, they are rude, unprofessional, and they do horrible work. Apparently if you aren't 120 lbs you aren't welcome at this dentist, they are completely racist on anyone that is larger!!!!
