T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

This is the best T-Mobile location I have ever visited. I came into the store to start a new line of service because Verizon was too expensive. The representative found me the best deals and promotions for me and saved me a lot of money with better service! I have a new phone now as well and I love it! He guided me with how to use it and took his time to make sure I am set. I'm not sure about these other reviews, people just seem like they don't know much about this and it frustrates them. I have zero complaints! A million + stars.

Not really sure about these other reviews but Brian is an absolute angel. He was able to help us with a variety of needs (new phone, number port over, number addition, changing plans, etc) and did it with knowledge and confidence. There was not a single question he was unable to answer or unable to find out. Truly never had such a positive phone experience and recommend this location and Brian's help specifically!

Brian and Michael were great help. They understood I was in a rush and made my process super fast and easy. They had great customer service and were very helpful, the best of the best. Appreciate those guys a lot.

Michael is very respectful and resource staff at T-Mobile on Western Ave. Next to Chicago Northside Toyota. He is the person to go to with T-Mobile issues. IAMACF Free Health Clinic bought an office cell phone from this T-Mobile store.

I recently switched to T-Mobile, and I am extremely impressed with their service and coverage. From the moment I walked into this store, I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to understand my needs and guide me through the process of choosing the right plan and device due to my budget. The staff knew how to answer all of my questions about what plan would best fit me and lifestyle. I will be coming back to this store regarding any more questions I have or if I want to upgrade my device.

Went into this store for a home internet since I heard good things. Manager- Lina helped me out and was so nice, friendly & professional. I will definitely recommend her to anyone & she speaks Spanish that’s a plus!

I had an amazing experience getting help by one of the works at this location, Anki. He was quick efficient and very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. The employees worked together and were very patient. Probably the best T-mobile I’ve been at!

Really good experience with T mobile, Anki was very helpful. I traded in my old phone also my fathers, Anki helped me in no time and didn't have to wait that long. I strongly recommend working with Anki, he is very nice and gets things done.
