I came to the store yesterday after having such a crazy day and as I was going to the bathroom

Never leave empty handed. I always find something at a good price.

I received great customer service from Jasmine E. and Cornetta the manager! I appreciate Jasmine and Cornetta for taking the time to resolve my issue without any judgment! Both were very helpful, kind, and made my return an easy process/experience! Thank you!!

I like that the store now carries skin products. I hope they do not get rid if their layaway service like the downtown store. After shopping for the perfect fall items for what seemed like hours I found out that the store was no longer offering layaway services. I was not a happy customer. Probably won't shop at that location anymore.

Best Marshalls ever! I was shopping there on Saturday for Christmas gifts and I stopped at Chase bank and pulled out $480.00. When I got to the register to pay for my items I realized I didn't have the envelope with the money in it. I went to the car to check to see if I dropped it in there. I still couldn't find it. I went home and was so upset that I lost all my Christmas money. I decided to call Marshalls when I got home and I spoke to the manager Cornetta. She asked me how much was in the envelope and I said $480.00 and she said yes we have it. One of the associates Brianna had found the envelope and turned it in to Cornetta. I couldn't believe my money was found. I was so happy! These ladies are amazing. I asked if I could give money to Brianna and she can't accept money so I went to CVS to get a card and a visa gift card. Thank you ladies so much!

Great attention to keeping the store amd carts clean, and counting how many patrons are in the store. Definitely appreciate the effort to keep everyone safe.

Always have a great shopping experience 😊. My only complaint is that they do not carry size 11 in their shoe selection.

Really good Marshall’s. I trek out to this one because it has more variety than South Loop and the same decent prices. Obviously the burbs have the best stores but this is best in the city outside of the one in Lincoln Pk.

Real life: saw a pair of shoes for 12 bucks at this place then went to the shoe store next door and the same pair of shoes was 40 dollars. I feel bad shopping at other stores now because I could spend so much less at Marshalls.

There was a lot to choose from around this Marshall's location. Merchandise was ipretty well organized and easy to find. Despite there only being two cashiers, the line moved quickly.

Great hidden gem of a store. Aisles are always neat. Checkout is speedy and efficient. Always great selection of merchandise. Something for everyone

This place is calm and clean. Very good find here for clothing and home decor. Nice selection of accent furniture.

Very clean store, its a at new shopping center, pleny of parking which i loved. Also new restaurants build just recently. Very close to I-55.

I love to purchase here because everything is real organized and so cheap prices.

The store have affordable prices and they have a wide selection of brands.The service was very fast and nice staff.
