I have very sensitive teeth so it takes a special hygienist for myself but Dr Lindsay and her staff are phenomenal with my daughters! Never had a bad or less than great appointment for my girls. They love going to the dentist I think in part because of how personable they are with them and are careful if there are sensitive areas. Dr Lindsay is very thorough and let me know well ahead of time that my older daughter would need a procedure and we kept an eye on it and she stayed on top of making sure insurance would cover it and at what age would be best for the procedure. My girls have been seeing Dr Lindsay since they were babies and will be with them for many more years to come.

I have been a patient at Langworthy Dental for a few years and each time I visit I am always treated with courtesy, professionalism, and am put at ease. Each member of the staff seems to just know what needs I may have (like asking if I need an additional rinse during cleaning). Maybe not much to some, but I appreciate the extra step and the expertise of the staff. Dr. Lindsey always explains as much as needed and helps patients make their best decisions. I highly recommend Langworthy Dental Group.

Lindsey May was both professional and personable during my first visit. She gave me a thorough examination and explained multiple options for the future care of my teeth. Both her radiologist and her hygienist were also knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I am completely satisfied with my experience at Langworthy Dental Group; I highly recommend this superior team. Not only are the people pleasant, but also the office space and the treatment rooms are beautifully appointed to create a welcoming, soothing atmosphere.

Both of my daughters and I had appointments at the same time. We were seen in the lower level office and had an absolutely amazing experience. All the hygenisits were so friendly and excellent with both my girls ( 7 and 2 years old) we love Dr. Lindsey and Dr. Emily. Keep up the excellent work Langworthy Dental! Dr. Emily is the best dentist ever. No matter how extensive my work is, I never feel pain or discomfort during or after any procedure! I always look forward to my visits to Langworthy Dental. Everyone is super friendly and they never make you wait past your appointment time. They also check up on you the day after your visit!

The staff at Langworthy did an excellent job! I have an almost 3 year old and Emily McGuire did such a great job with him. I loved how she went over all the "tools" with him so he could see what they do and so he wasn't scared of them. He felt comfortable with the whole experience and so did I. My husband had an appt later in the day with another Dentist, and he too was very impressed. I highly recommend the Langworthy Dental Group to anyone.

I had long overdue dental work needed and I was hesitant to get it done because it was a major procedure. Dr. Lindsey May took excellent care and was very considerate of all of my concerns. She made the process super easy and convenient. She went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable with every part of the operation. I would recommend the Dr. May and the excellent staff at Langworthy Dental Group to anyone. It was a top rate experience. And the teeth look perfect!

My husband and I have been going to Langworthy Dental for quite a few years now and absolutely love it! The staff is so friendly and offer the most gentle care. We come out with clean teeth and know we were given best and most honest treatment. We recently switched our kids over to Langworthy Dental from a pediatric dental office, and the kids love it at Langworthy Dental, too! They can't wait for their next dental cleaning!

At the conclusion of my appointment I was given an opportunity to ask questions and express my concerns.
Dr. May assured me that he could put together a plan of action for the issues found during the appointment.

I shopped dentists for years until seven years ago I went to Langworthy Dental. They are super courteous and are current with technology. I was at my wits end when I first went there. I knew my teeth needed work but I never had a dentist that put me on a recovery program that I could afford. Lindsey put it all together and we laid out a plan to get it done.

I have been a patient of Langworthy dental for three generations of dentists. Dr Fred May, His son Dr. Bill May, and his daughters Dr. Emily (May) McGuire and Dr. Lindsey May. I have been a patient of the May family in the early 70's! I have never had any discomfort and have only received wonderful care. I now take my children there and I highly recommend Langworthy Dental.

I cannot thank the Langworthy Dental Group enough!! I was recently visiting Galena, IL while traveling through to a week trip to Wisconsin Dells. We arrived at our hotel at about 8pm and within an hour, my 8 year old son somehow hit his tooth on the pool slide and chipped his front tooth. To say I was panicked, was an understatement. Out of town and after hours. I called many dentists in the area that I found on Google many didn’t answer and some would only see those that were current patients. Dr Emily returned a phone call to me at about 9:30pm. She was so compassionate and comforting! Walked me through what our next steps would be and offered to meet us at the office right then to help with the nerve pain. We opted to give some Tylenol and get through the night and go to the office the next morning. From the time we walked into this office I knew we had made a great decision to see this group. My son saw Dr Lindsey and she was amazing with him! Walked him through everything she was doing! She repaired the front tooth and, as he’s so sad to never eat corn on the cob or bite an apple, she did some amazing work!! You couldn’t even tell! He still thinks she carved a Hawkeye in the first layer of bonding in his tooth (as she’s an Iowa Hawkeye alumni and he’s a fan). We were able to finish our week vacation and my son has already asked if he can continue to see Dr Lindsey for all his visits! If it wasn’t a 4 hour drive for us I totally would. Thanks so much to all of them and I recommend them to anyone!!!

As someone who have been avoiding the dentist for years, I felt really comfortable and well informed during my visit. They kept me informed of what they were doing, why they were doing it, and made me feel like part of the process. Each person I talked with was very kind, and I look forward to years of treatment for myself and my family there.

My very first good impression of Langworthy Dental actually occurred in the first call I made to ask if they accept new patients and to make an appointment for myself. After a number or calls made to other offices and speaking with uncooperative staff, I was immediately impressed by Langworthy's willingness to be cooperative and helpful. On the day of my appointment, the entire staff, and especially Dr. Emily, were extremely patient and kind. Dentistry is a personal and emotional issue for me. They were kind and patient, and understanding. I also felt they were respectful of my financial situation, and were willing to take that extra step to help me find solutions for my dental situation in ways that are respectful of my budget and my personal needs and desires.

Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing and it had been a few years since I had gone. The Langworthy staff and doctor were great! Understanding, explained everything they were doing, I am pretty happy with my experience and will continue to see Dr. Emily :-)

Great experience! I had recently had a terrible experience at another dental facility and was quite traumatized by it. Called Langworthy Dental and they got me right in to see Lindsey and she put me at ease. Everything went well and I was treated with compassion and respect. I will be switching my husband and kids over to Langworthy Dental!
