My cat’s vet is off this week. He started declining rapidly over the weekend. They have a walk in basis. We got there late in the afternoon. Parking lot was full so I was immediately discouraged. When we got inside , the staff was very helpful with our needs. They gave us plenty of time with him to say our goodbyes. Thank you for making this hard time as comfortable as it could be for us and Chris. Your kindness was much appreciated and won’t be forgotten.❤

We've been there a few times now, and they are always busy, which to me is a good sign they're worth going to. They have been very thorough looking after my pup, and she is happy to go.

If there was an option for a 6th star, this vet clinic would have that rating. Great experience as soon as you walk through the door, with the kind and helpful receptionists, then the benevolent techs, that go the extra mile for your pet. The best part is the price. You'll love the price. The only thing is that they don't do appointments. Only walk ins, but the price is always worth it

I've been taking my animals to the Rock Island Animal Hospital for 10 years. I would never take them anywhere else. I trust the staff, I trust the doctor and there is always that gorgeous orange guy hanging out. 10 out of 10 recommend

I Absolutely love the staff at RI Animal Hospital. They have taken wonderful care of my cat. It is always clean when I go, and I have never had a long wait to see the vet.

My dog passed he was 14yrs 3mths, they were excellent and called ahead of time to let me know donations had paid In Full his euthinization and cremation. Both my animals have always gone here. Well worth what it cost.

They take amazing care of our two dogs who are like children to us. They are always on top of everything I need, and have prescription refills ready the same day in the office and any orders I put in are ready the next day.

This is a walk-in clinic, so you may have to wait a bit to be seen. They are very kind and compassionate, so it's worth the wait.

We first came here for an emergency with our 16 year old dog. Unfortunately, he had kidney failure , and had to be euthanized. They were very kind and helpful throughout the entire process.

We now take all of our cats here, and they are great with them, even our semi-feral cat, and our disabled cat who is very fearful. The vet is excellent with every animal we have. I highly recommend this location.

I would highly recommend!!! The staff and Dr's are very compassionate, caring, and courteous. They handle my end of life for my beloved Dog(Ralph). They called the next day and he was back. Very speedy at getting your fur baby back home. They also send out cards to the family. I couldn't ask for any thing better!!

A very caring staff, they followed up the next day to see how our golden-doodle was doing after a tooth extraction. Very happy with our experience and would highly recommend.

Compassionate team that acted so quickly, and very cost effective, that enhanced my pets life, a 14 year old dog, that has gained total daily mobility in a short 48~72 hour recovery. In a few days, in return enhanced my life and our community. Thank You For Caring For Maya

I've been taking my cat here for 12 years. They are always professional and caring towards my cat even though my cat is not friendly towards them.

Very very pleased with the outcome and the way everything was handled with the process of my cat having surgery, healing of stitches, and communication.

"No appointment necessary", those were magical words when I needed an urgent vet visit for my newly rescued dog. I never considered crossing the river before, but I'm so glad I did. I found an efficient office and caring staff to take care of her. Fast forward to 6 years later and they are still providing great care for my pets. My aging cat had a seizure and I rushed him in thinking that he was on death's door. They were calm and immediately took him to the back for treatment. They explained that sometimes seizures happen for no reason and it's not necessarily a life threatening situation. They observed him for awhile and sent us home. As I was going out to the car to get my wallet to pay for the office visit, they told me there wouldn't be a charge since they didn't do any treatments. WOW.....I"m still impressed with their services even after my original vet retired, and I'm even more impressed with the current staff and their new facility.

I had previously called 7-10 different veterinarians to help euthanize my sick guinea pig. Fortunately enough a friend was able to get me in touch with Deneen. Not only was the staff accommodating but they got me in quickly and took their time to explain the procedure. They even offered a little plaque with his paw prints. I couldn't have been more thankful for the kindness and patience from all of the staff.

I found a stray and needed a walk in clinic, so I opted for Rock Island Animal Hospital. I walked in with my kitty and waited in a small line before talking to a receptionist. The receptionist was upbeat and friendly regardless of the packed waiting room. She was able to scan for a microchip on the spot. I was then put into the schedule and opted to wait in my car to be called in. I was called about 20 minutes later. This was perfectly expected based on the service they're offering and the influx of walk in patients. The vet tech was calm, happy, and was clearly well versed and comfortable performing her job. The veterinarian I saw made things quick and easy, regardless of the cat's attempts to swat her way out of getting vaccines. The price was less than I was prepared for given this service is not only convenient but ended up being incredibly pleasant. I'll absolutely be returning for my future vet needs. I cannot say enough about Rock Island Animal Hospital . Been going to them since I was 8 yrs old. They are caring, honest and kind. They have seen me thru the yrs with many different types of pets. They're the best!
