T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I had to go and exchange a phone and I was worried that I was going to be there for a long time. I walked in and was greeted by the manager who was so nice and kind. He quickly got started on my exchange and I was able to finish my exchange in under 20 minutes. I will definitely return to this store when I need a new phone.

My experience yesterday was awesome. Keante assisted me along with two other associates. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to transfer my number over to my new T-Mobile service. He also is a great salesman! I made purchases I didn’t initially think I would lol. The vibe in the store was friendly. Great start being a new customer!

I was switching who I was on a plan with: both were T-Mobile plans, the only difference was the primary account holder. The primary account holders were told differing things by various service reps when they called in, but the one thing they were both told is that my phone wouldn't lose service without me taking the final steps to do the switch.

When my SIM suddenly got deregistered in the morning in middle of one phone meeting and less than an hour ahead of my next one, the person at the front desk was able to fix the issue quickly by giving me a new SIM and then porting my number over. This location is also open earlier than the mall location, which was super helpful since my meeting started at 11am!

I went in and talked to Chelsea Price about saving some money by switching service. She not only got me out of my contract but I got 2 new phones and 2 lines with unlimited data for less money!!!! Go see Chelsea Price at the Sterling Sprint store in Peoria!!!!

Ashley at 4501 Sterling Ave. Peoria IL store was FANTASTIC! she was fast, friendly and excellent at setting up my husbands new phone! We will definately be using only this store in the future!

I brought my Samsung Galaxy prime in due to Bluetooth pairing issues. Charles Washington got my phone back in working order in a matter of a couple hours! Thanks to my insurance, no cost to me! Beat that all you other providers! You can't because you don't have Charles, Jesse and the team at Sprint on Sterling! My "go to " Sprint Store for all my mobile devices. ...Thanks for your courtesy, your humor, your help and all around making this lady's day much brighter! If you aren't with Sprint, ummm, better rethink your provider! Thank you for everything guys!!!!
