I’ve had them mount tires on my camper and was pleased. Took my pickup in because I had a vibration I was hoping was just an unbalanced tire. He took it for a ride before doing anything, came back told me to save my money right now. He thought it was probably struts. He was correct, great integrity not to just pull it and charge for something i didn’t need. Sadly honest repair shops are hard to find. Upper lakes is one them.

Eric and the folks took great care of me. I went in with a last minute, emergency request. They installed 4 new tires on my wife's vehicle in record time! The price was very competitive compared to national box stores. Support local!

They put some used tires I had bought from a junk yard on my car. And one was bad. I explained I was going on a 3 hr road trip. So he just swapped the tire for another he already had at no extra cost because he wanted to make sure we were safe. I appreciate the sentiment. All around good guys there.

After having a flat tire at Hartwick Pines I googled tire repair nearby and drove to Upper Lakes tire in Grayling. I arrived just as they were opening and although he had two 8:00 appointments, the owner was able to get me in quickly to remove the donut and fix my tire. Customer service was excellent and after only charging me
25.00 I was on my way within an hour. So refreshing to find great service and reasonable charges. I will tell all my family and friends in the Gaylord area to go to grayling for all their tire needs.

I was coming from Kalkaska on my way home to Glennie. My tires were shaking and pulling to the left. Stopped to have them check it out. He was able to squeeze me in and i needed two new front tires. Mine were in pretty bad shape with metal ahowibg. Thank you soo much. I wouldn't have made it home.

For the love of all that is holy this place just made our day we have taken our car to the shop 3 times over it shaking uncontrollably down in hillsdale where we bought the car, attached is what the car tire looked like they removed all those little dinky weights and put new and few on and now we have no shaking what's sooooo ever thank you so much upper lakes!!! You made our day and we feel much safer in our car

On June 9 I had a tire blow out on my boat trailer as I traveled north. I put on my spare and began calling to find who carried tires for my trailer as I don't like traveling without a spare. Upper Lakes tire took care of me promptly. Salesperson Eric Brinks was very pleasant and professional. He made sure we did not have a long wait and that everything was done correctly. Great service and reasonably priced. I definitely highly recommend Upper Lakes Tire.

I always call Eric when I have an issue of this kind and he is always friendly, courteous, and always willing to help if they are able. Awesome service! We were traveling on I 75 and developed a slow leak. We called just before they were closing and said come on in as they would be there for us. Got us back on the road in no time. Replied a slow leak in one of my tires. They were very quick and the price was low. I will be using and recommending them in the future.

We came in with a hole in our tire that couldn’t be patched. They didn’t have our exact tire size so we were loaned a tire a bit bigger until the order came in the following day, without charging for the loaned tire, so we could get to our doc appointment that day. Good People n Great service.

Wonderful shop! Had a slow leak while heading to Georgia, they got us in right away, fixed it so we could get back on the road. Would go there for all our tire needs if we lived in Grayling.

I Want to Say Thank you Thank you, We was heading to our Cabin in the UP and got a Flat we was Recommended this place from the Marathon Gas station so we went, and boy are we ever happy, customer service was Excellent and they was able to get us in and replaced our Tire and back on the Highway to our Weekend in less than 30 minutes. Hands down this is an Excellent place. Thank you again for the Friendly Service and and Quick service we received.

Went in for a second opinion on brakes and leaks. Excellent customer service! They showed my husband everything. We received an honest inspection that nothing was wrong. We'll definitely use Upper Lakes for tires and service.
