Sea Mist Resort Motel

We have been staying at the Sea Mist for several years, visiting in the spring and fall. Initially, we came because thye are pet friendly and we travel with our dog. We continue to come because of the reasonable pricesn size and quality of the very clean rooms, the kitchenette and central location. I wanted to commend the staff, when we were on our way home Saturday, we got a call. My husband had left behind a clip board on which he keeps track of gas milage. They wanted us to know it was found and if we wanted it mailed. I consider that great service. We will be back in the spring

Amazing stay at the Sea Mist Motel. The rooms were clean and perfect with the mini kitchen especially when travelling with kids. There’s a new park for kids and a great pool and hot tub. The staff was very friendly

The room was very clean and very nicely decorated and had a kitchenette with small refrigerator. One mile to Wells beach (we biked) and this is an excellent location for a great price. HOT TUB to boot with indoor pool. This place is taken care of very well by management.

An amazing unsuspecting motel. I have VERY high standards for cleanliness and this place nailed it on all fronts. Their Covid standards are still in place so to get clean linens and new trash bags you set them outside your door in the morning and they provide replacements. For someone with social anxiety, a great method. Also, the old fashioned keys were quite the touch, and the neighbors are quiet. Would recommend

We stay here every year for the past 10+ years. The rooms are large and clean. There is a small kitchenette which is super convenient. They have recently upgraded to larger smart TVs so we can watch NETFLIX, YouTube, Hulu or any other service. If it rains there is an awesome indoor pool and hot tub. There is not a better place to stay for the price. We will be back again next year!

I could not believe how great this place was perfect! my kids and I had a wonderful time it was only like 3 minutes from the beach there was a heated pool jacuzzi with a waterfall workout room Wi-Fi. Service was good the place was clean and the price was way better than expected I will definitely be going back here

Extremely clean! I am a bit of a clean freak when it comes to hotels/motels (especially bedding) and I felt very comfortable at the Sea Mist. Front desk staff is very friendly and the rooms are set up nicely. They are pet friendly (but not in every single room). The pool looked nice, but we were traveling with our young daughter so we didn’t try it out.

They have very good rules in place for COVID-19. No housekeeping until you check out (fine by me), social distancing and masks are required in public places, and the staff wears PPE as well. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, & up to date room. Kitchenette is a plus plus plus. Service was great, quick check in. Also close drive to wells Beach, arcade, restaurants, ice cream, gift stores.

Wonderful hot tub and pool! The motel is inexpensive and each room has a kitchenette. The rooms aren't huge but definitely clean! Free DVD and vhs movie rentals,dog friendly and the staff is great! Nice playground for kids too.

Really close to the beach, friendly staff and clean rooms. I love the newly done pool and jacuzzi. Great place to stay and has some pet friendly rooms

Great place out of the busy area. Pool and hot tub were fabulous after long day of walking hiking and shopping. Front staff were helpful and very nice. I brought the woman behind the counter back her favorite donut she mentioned! Bed was comfortable all accessories in suite worked well but there were cob webs on cieling and wall. No spiders!

What a great gem of a hotel ! The room was newly remodeled and was decorated soo adorably. It was super clean, very well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, linens, coffee, dish soap..everything we needed and much more than we expected. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and having the separate sleeper sofa/ dinette area made it very versatile for our 2 nites stay as we ate breakfast in the room and relaxed comfortably in the evening watching tv((not from a bed!). They manage to fit alot of nice amenities into a "standard" size hotel room. It's conveniently located to the beach, grocery, restaurants and far enough away from the tourist congestion of Ogunquit, yet close enough to visit there easily. The staff was very friendly , the property very well kept and a great towel replenishment system that is very Covid safe for guests and staff. For the very reasonable price for the area we'll absolutely be returning.

Nice, reasonably priced, clean , well run motel that is close to beaches - pet friendly. I think they offer a great product for money. Front desk personnel were very nice and accommodating.

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend. We had a great stay for 2 nights. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. We didnt use the pool or exercise room but we looked at both and were very impressed. On our next stay we would request a room if possible near them for a short walk to use them. Very easy check in and check out process. Convenient location to everything right on Rt1. Will be staying again in the future!

This is our second visit at this nice , casual resort. We had a little confusion regarding our reservation for the weekend, but luckily front desk staff Katie was able to think quickly and saved the weekend for us. We appreciate her smart thinking and calm demeanor in the face of a problem. Great work Katie!

We stayed for 2 nights in a queen room with kitchenette. The room was spacious and clean with a firm bed and good quality linens. Bathroom was small but had lots of extra towels, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchenette had a small sink, plates, utensils, toaster, half size fridge with no freezer and dish towels. The neighborhood was safe. We would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful family oriented business. Loved all of our stays there! Will continue to recommend this place and go there as a family every year!

Used Sea Mist Resort Motel as a timeshare exchange. Great location in Wells Maine. Close to Kennebunkport and Perkins Cove. Nice staff. Small studio rooms. Good for 2 people or a Family with one or 2 small kids. Clean and neat facility. Nice indoor pool. Has microwave, fridge, sink and coffee maker, no stove top. Only problem is size of rooms.

Loved our room! The kitchenette is perfect, beds are very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Will stay again!
