Fun place with excellent atmosphere! Oh and the food was great as well 😎 they played oldies music which is awesome since it's not common at most restaurants and I was singing along the whole time. There is so much to look at with the walls which are covered in license plates and vintage diner decor. Huge menu with fair pricing. The onion rings were GIGANTIC and delicious (see photos) and my chicken walnut sandwich on rye was so yummy with big hand cut fries, my favorite! We definitely plan on going back since we are relatively local to Oxford.

Absolutely delicious food and VERY reasonably priced! Everything was excellent - food, service, decor. Love the various license plates everywhere! Some are funny! They even have a paper placemat where you can mark all 50 states when you find them. The waitress was attentive and sweet! She treated my grandmother so well despite her being a little nutty. The food portions were plentiful! My grandmother doesn’t eat much and their kid menu could feed your average adult. I also love the food pantry when you first walk in. It’s so nice to see a local restaurant giving back like that! It’s just inspiring to see how giving people still are in this crazy world we live in! I will definitely be back and bring things to donate to the pantry!

Food is great. Walls are covered in license plates. Cool, oldtime looking place. Always wanted to check the place out in the past. Very busy place at times. Finally got my chance❤

Awesome. Delicious food and specials. Great atmosphere. The owner Aaron is absolutely pleasant with all the patrons. During COVID he will go outside to find out how many people are in your party so that he can accommodate you when you are able to be seated. The line is a decent way out the door but moves very quickly.

Was on a Maine short vacation. I always like looking for a local type places on my vacation, and this place exactly did that!. I stopped at places where if I see a bunch of cars and they're all from the looks like they're from the local area at a place, I just assume it's good. Drove by on my way to the casino nearby, made a decision to stop there for lunch. This is the second place I found in Maine that is open from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. breakfast. Had the pastrami in in the bigger sandwich with with coleslaw.....Was every good and a great experience. I will definitely come back again!!

Most amazing home cooking around. Staff is super happy. It was a pleasure watching them interact with their customers. REAL baked beans, even purchased a loaf of homemade jalapeño cheddar bread (sliced at the waitresses' suggestion)

I have never had a bad time here period. Over the course of the last seven years the food the staff the atmosphere and the price has never let me down nor have I ever left hungry.

This was my first time here, and I can not express enough how amazing they were! The food was delicious! And the staff were so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if you want good quality food and people!! ❤

A big thank you to Aaron & Amanda of Daddy O's for donating two awesome gift cards. Daddy O's donation played a vital role in the huge success of the concert where we raised over $1,800 cash, a donation of all the lumber to build her new home, volunteers to build it and furniture and appliances to fill it. It is absolutely beautiful to witness a community coming together to take care of one of its own. The great folks of Daddy O's truly set the example of what it means to take care of your community!

Great time, great food, great prices. The shop is out of 50s, and the personalities are great. It was so busy when we came through, but they handled us very well. You better be paying those ladies well!

I got french toast, home fries, and a sausage patty for $10 and a few bucks for coffee. The food was excellent but the home fries could have used more seasoning they were a little bland.
We loved the design of the restaurant the old Coca-Cola merchandise license plates from every state was cool.
The best part is the food pantry in the front of the restaurant when you walk in. Always good to support local businesses that care about the community.

Had breakfast at Daddy O's. The service was fast and friendly. The food was cooked to perfection and plentiful. While waiting, we were entertained by trying to locate all the state's license plates that covered the walls. Found all but 7. The prices were good too. Can't find any fault with this restaurant. We went there on a Tuesday and got right in. I imagine this place would be crowded on the weekends, but feel it would be well worth the wait.

The best diner I have ever been to. Staff is friendly and cheerful. Food is delivered fast and hot. Prices are low and the dining room is brightly lit. The whole staff is delivering food. Located in Mechanic Falls Maine.

I've eaten here for years. Great breakfast spot. Family friendly, handicap accessible. Try the baked oatmeal on a cold morning! They're consistent on egg preparation, especially with the various Eggs Benedict offerings (I suggest you ask for "soft" poached eggs.)
Post Covid-19: They have maintain their pre pandemic quality of food. Prices have risen but not outside what you would expect.
Bathroom: I've always loved the Audrey Hepburn positivity in the women's bathroom (see pictures). There's also a changing table available.

Honestly, this is one of the greatest breakfast places I've ever been to. The waitresses and waiters there are amazing and make you feel like at home. I highly recommend having Kailee be your waitress. She is one of the sweetest and most attentive waitress I've ever had. The walls are covered in license plates, which is an awesome idea to do their license plate game while you wait for your food. I would suggest their old fashioned eggs benedict and one of their boozy specialty drinks. I will always come back here whenever I visit Maine
