One Team Family Health

This is the best doctors office I have ever been to. I love it so much so, that I bring my entire family. Even my sister and her family go here. We all see Jessica Hamel but the whole office really is amazing. Jess is so attentive and caring. I have never felt rushed, or be made to feel silly. They even follow up on my referrals to make sure they’ve been received. Katie up front is so personable and nice. Neisha the nurse is amazing and caring. Truly an amazing office.

Dr. Wallace is so attentive and you can tell she really cares about her patients. Wanting to get to the core of the problem and find solutions to help make life better for the patient and their family. We switched over from Dr. Fernander who is NOT a kind person at all, so it was refreshing to be treated with kindness and respect instead of distain and contempt. I have not heard one negative thing from the staff or the doctor. There has only been one time that the waiting room was very full but once we got back to the room we were seen right way and didn't feel rushed. Keep up the great work!

Friendly office staff. Short wait time. Really like Dr. Amy Wallace.

Not a huge fan. Very few chairs In the waiting room, and very empty. Staff was talking about other patients in there room, and not in an exactly positive way. I went Home and measured my temp, and being very cold, I figured I had a fever. I did, but they told me I didn’t. Just some constructive criticism
