Homes 28 is a great place to help you find a home. David Pena is a great guy. He is not going to force you into anything. He takes his time with you. He stretches his schedule to accomodate you if you need it. He doesn't always know about properties before a viewing if it is not his property, but come on, there are how many hundreds of properties for sale in the Grand Rapids area?
He is very knowledgeable about houses and gives great advice if you are willing to listen (again, not pushy). He showed me what to look out for since buying a house should be a long term investment. He encouraged me to include people close to me in the decision and to listen to those people who know me the best in order to find a house that fits my needs and my life.

Worst junk mail company I have ever seen, every day I get 2-4 fancy flyers, what a waste of time and money. Last company I would think of doing business with.
