Ordered the crispy fish sandwiches no cheese. Great flavor and not greasy.

Friendly service, great food. Love the new restaurant remodel. One of the best Arby's in the area.

It was super busy at least 10 cars and they were nice, food was good, and the line moved at a decent pace.

I’ve always had good customer service and there one of the fast food restaurants that actually give you your order correctly I realize mistakes happen but practically every time we go to a place they forget items or don’t deliver what you ask for but my experience in the drive thru they have been friendly.

I'm so glad that you are open all hours until 5am. Muskegon has barely anything open serving food after 10pm or 12am. And Brookelynn is always on top of everything and makes sure our order is right every time!

Very delicious! And always FRESH AND HOT WHEN YOU ORDER OR UPON REQUEST! I LIVE THERE MOZZARELLA STICKS NICE AND HOTT Right OUT IF THE FRYER... THERE'S been a few times that they where not fully cooked so I had to toss them very disappointing and waste of my money! So please please make sure everything is fully cooked and looks good before you serve it.... If you wouldn't eat it then know that the customer wouldn't either!

Our take out hostess (Serenity Osbourne) was the most pleasant experience we've ever had at a drive through. I hope she advances quickly.

Took dad last night for him and his wife. He loves SPICEY foods so he got the Diablo chicken sandwich thing. He said it was really good but was so hot he could barely taste it tho.

Cashier was very helpful with my drive thru order. We had a couple small issues with misunderstanding threw speaker but due to her being so friendly it was easy to over look.

Always good, always on time! Most upbeat late night drive thru crew and I appreciate that. I come back because folks are friendly.

Arby's has this cinnamon Carmel shake thing that is just a cup of wonderful!!!! Perfectly balance, not to sweet. It was new so I got a small...after 1 sip I regretted not getting a large. I don't usually finish any shake or smoothe type things but this one I did! I would have liked the cup clean if I could have!!

I love Arby's. Great fast food but really set's them apart for me is customer service. I have a couple I've been to locally but the one on Apple Avenue in Muskegon is my favorite. I don't know the name of the girl that takes the order and hands it through the window but she is what customer service should be. Always acts like she cares and not there for a paycheck. Well done to the dhole team and manager. Way to lead.

It's fast food; you win some, you lose some. But I don't really ever have a problem with this location. They're probably one of the best in all of Muskegon. Cheers Apple Ave, the other locations should follow your lead.

Went through the drive-thru and was able to order the jalapeno poppers and mozzarella sticks and I forgot to ask for sauce but when I looked in the bag as I was driving away I was so happy that the cashier took the time to put the sauce in there without me even asking for some thank you so much you made my night after working a 10 hour shift as a fast food manager myself I was very please with this. The little things in life is what matters thank you again for making me smile.

Thank God they're open really late on Fridays. We got out of ER at 1:30 am. The food was very good and the line at the drive thru went pretty fast. Apparently we're not the only ones to eat late.

Good food always hot but the service is hot or miss!!
