We had an upset with the photo we got but the amazing photo department crew went out of their way to make sure the issue was resolved. Kudos to the wonderful staff for all of their help.

I placed an online photo order today, and never received the email saying it was ready. I stopped in, and Martha helped me! My order hadn't went through for whatever reason, but she got my pictures printed right then and there, and was so friendly. I am thankful there are great workers like her there!!

I wouldn’t normally think to take the time to review a Walgreens. I’ve been to this location many times and never had a bad experience. But someone there really helped me out and I wanted to take the time to say thank you. On Christmas Eve I was in Grand Rapids with family and we were in need of some emergency medication. It was after 5 PM and even though nothing online said those stores would be closing early.. (they didn’t show holiday hours) we found out too late that every nearby Walgreens was closed. I was calling forever trying to get a hold of a local Walgreens or someone from the national service to get some information. I drove back to Muskegon that night and found that this location was open and we were able to get the prescription transferred. Not only that but someone actually picked up the phone and on Christmas Eve no less to assure me that yes they were open (because it was treacherous to drive over there with the weather conditions.) I was able to pick up a prescription that I needed that night. And the following day my family had another emergency after 5 PM and again everywhere was closed near them. I called this location on Apple, and was able to speak to someone from the pharmacy. I apologized for bothering them on Christmas day, but explained my situation. I didn’t get his name but the gentleman that answered was very kind and took down my parents ZIP Code, and then found me the closest open store about 11 miles away from them. It didn’t have anything to do with their store, but he seemed happy to help. I was in a very emotional state and was so grateful for the excellent customer service. My family was so grateful too. Thank you sir!

The folks who work there are generally very nice. There like only one who isn't. But it's still my go to pharmacy, mainly cus the a few blocks away. They stay pretty darn clean and normally keep things in stock

My girlfriend and I went to get our first dose of the vaccine today, we made an appointment an hour or so in advance which was pretty easy online. We got there and all the girls were very helpful!
Cleanest store I've seen in awhile and the man that gave us the needle was considerate and very fast.
Unrelated but Gf also said the girl that gave us the paperwork had a very nice name but I didnt catch it. Way better than going to meijers for the shots they made it so simple.

Shout out to Sarah in the pharmacy department for going above and beyond. Even though it was the end of her shift, she walked the store to make sure 2 Covid-19 vaccines weren't about to be wasted, asking folks if they had gotten vaccinated.

Always find more than I was planning to. Good customer service.
