We just bought a used truck from here on Monday. Cannot say enough good about the whole experience. It was the truck that we have been looking for and priced fairly. They gave us a fair value for our trade-in and we were able to drive our new purchase home the same day. Mike was the salesman that we bought from and he was great. He followed up with us a few days after our purchase to be sure we were happy with our truck and if there was any questions or concerns we had. Thank you Mike! I also want to give a shout-out to whoever works in the detail shop. The truck was spotless.

This is somewhat late but well deserved. I ordered a new Bronco back in 2021 through Great lakes. At the time everything was back ordered and a long waiting list. My Wildtrac finally got the green light in 2023 and showed up at the dealership mid-summer. Don Sullivan was my salesman from day 1. Don made sure that I received the original price quote (2021) through 2 years of price increases which was several thousand dollars. He also made sure that I received all the incentives offered through Ford. I follow the all Bronco websites and know what was being offered from Ford and that some dealers were not following guidelines. I recently purchased a Super Duty from Shannon at Great Lakes Ford. I was buying remotely and needed everything to move quickly as I had a short time window to fly in, get the truck, and get back on the road. Shannon was awesome to work with over the phone and once I was on site was great about getting me through the process. This was the easiest new vehicle buying experience I have gone through. After a very long wait for my Ford Bronco that became even longer when my order was puShed to sometime in 2022, I finally decided I needed to pull the trigger on something before winter hit. I started researching Rangers and found the Tremor package, which gave me a lot of the features I was interested in with the Bronco. 1 problem with that: dealer stock is short everywhere. It wasn’t impossible, but very difficult to find exactly what I was looking for…. Or so I thought.

I sat down with Matt on a Friday, he did an extensive search of dealer inventory in the Midwest region. My truck arrived at the dealership Tuesday afternoon. Victor in finance got me an amazing loan rate, as well as a very affordable extended Ford factory warranty, and I was driving away Tuesday night with my new truck.

I take my F-150 here to get serviced (oil change, tire rotation, inspection, fluids topped off). All of the employees are very nice and welcoming. The appointments are always on time. There is a nice waiting area where I can work while my oil is changed, and they have a really nice coffee machine that is free.

The only improvement I would make is to be able to make an appointment online vs having to call every time.
