Riverside Park

What an amazing adventure with my son. The Grand River is beautiful and the boat dock at Riverside is very clean and well kept. Awesome place, beautiful river, friendly people. Definitely would go again and again.

Attended a Cub Scout event hosted at this park. This park is beautiful and scenic. The porta John near the space we used was the cleanest Ive ever been in. The Cubs fished in the river and several had good luck doing it.

I will say, most of the grounds are covered in poisen ivy and the access to the river is kind of steep so accessibility may be a concern for some.

A great place to fish...hike the trails... Launch your boat or jetski.
Take lunch and have a picnic

Was such a tranquil afternoon even though the lake michigan drive ..traffic delay took 4 ever upon arrival the hault in traffic was far gone..lost hook and bober..caught no fish but two guys came casting net for bait and hooked a big one..lol. A saw TABLE..MADE U WONDER WHAT ELSE IN THE RIVER..????always take my friend bell..SHE THE FIRST PERSON EVER TOOK ME FISHING...I MISS HER!!!!

Riverside Park northwest of Allendale is one of our favorites. The excellent picnic areas are a perfect for a family cookout, and the well-maintained boat launch is fun to watch. We love sitting in the shade on hot summer days, just reading or talking while watching the wildlife and the boaters that coexist on this pleasant stretch of the Grand River.

Very nice, peaceful....not good fishing. But lots of animals to see out there if u walk the trails

Great trail for walking/biking. Dog friendly and has an awesome/challenging disc golf course. Great for family fun or a relaxing day of solitude. Awesome fishing too!

There a week ago to run the river for colors.

Plenty of room to park out truck and pontoon trailer. Easy to pay the fee to park

A place to launch your boat and go fishing, what would one complain about? There i a fee to launch your boat. Oakle Party and Pizza store is a block west down the street, from the parks entrance.
Bathrooms are of the camping rustic style.
A good place for a quiet family picnic or large family reunion.

Nice fishing area and boat ramps with plenty of parking, but we where still parking along side the parking area and on the grass. There were a lot of boats going into and out of the water.

Nice boat launch, no fee for non-motorized boats (kayaks). Several benches in various areas, picnic area with grill.

A classic west olive/grand haven attraction. A must visit if your going for a river ride and/or fishing. Excellent place to go for hiking.

Great boat launch, nice and wide, makes it a snap to get your craft on the river. Well maintained bathrooms as well.
