Despite multiple reminders of the high water and regular storms on Lake MI in the fall of 2019 this business failed to get my dock out of the Mona Lake channel before a storm took it away. I live in Indiana and they never told me about the missing dock when they finally came to remove it in November and it wasn't there. Heard about this in FEBRUARY from a neighbor. Chris said then that he owed me a new dock but now refuses to answer my text messages. 1 star.

UPDATE 7/20: They did eventually provide me with a very used dock. 3 stars.

UPDATE 11/20: They now have ignored numerous attempts to contact them for dock/lift removal for the winter. Back to 1 star.

We left the lake where they provided service to us, and yet they still charged us for service even though we had no dock or boat on the lake and after we cancelled our account. I have called them MANY times to discuss a refund and they refuse to call me back.
