Good food, good service food arrives hot and plentiful. My favorite is shrimp lo mein and the Mongolian beef. And you always get fortune, cookies, and almond cookies which is a nice touch. Very reasonable pricing.

I love this place. We live out of state and make sure to come here when we’re back in MI. In fact, my family has been coming here since the 1960s. The food is delicious, the portions are huge, and the service is great. The place is nothing fancy but for a great price you can get a comb plate with soup and egg roll with the dinner. It’s great comfort food and the wonton is the best around.

we went on Christmas day to enjoy a Christmas story style dinner. I've been in the mood for this exact flavor for at least a month. they were slammed, but the whole staff was so gracious. this was truly a great experience. delicious . would definitely try again

I've lived in the area by this restaurant but it never went to the other day. Food was great everything was on point service was spectacular and the prices were really reasonable.

This place is so delicious. We have been going here for years with the family. We all try different dishes and have never been disappointed. Their egg rolls and soups are the best from Chinese restaurants we have ever had. The employees are very friendly and a great environment.

The food tasted great, the portion of rice was very good sized, I received a lot of beef chop suey, the waitress was very friendly, the restaurant was very clean inside, the wall decorations were fantastic

An absolute staple of my childhood and early adult years, and while it's seemingly under new management and I miss the previous owner "Moy", the current owner seems to have a good handle on things and the dishes are still the same.

Quite simply, this is the standard to which all other Western influenced Chinese Food is rated against.

While the food is not gourmet, traditional mainland China or fusion style, it is simply some of the best Hunan and Cantonese style dishes in the Metro Detroit Area. It is better than many places in the area and I've had them ALL.

The serving sizes are ample, even more so with dine-in service, soups are tasty and the menu exhaustive. They are also very open to substitutions and special orders.

Some major highlights: Their Kung Pao (Gong Bao Gai Ding), won ton soup and pot stickers are tremendous.

I've never gotten a bad dish in over 32 years and always had great service.

I'm not sure how this place has some bad reviews. Maybe I just was extremely lucky but my wife and I hands down think this is the best Chinese food I've had in st. Clair shores. Their Won ton soup touched my soul. Mongolian beef lunch was fantastic as was the pepper steak lunch. I love there spring rolls and their egg rolls were equally devoured. We will definitely be back and actually are going to dine in as the inside looks good unlike typical Chinese food places.

Tried here for the first time after moving to the area recently and haven’t had much luck finding a decent Chinese restaurant. Wongs garden was exactly what I’ve been looking for. They have the old restaurant feel and their food and recipe reflects what a good quality it is. We ordered pot stickers as pictured below and they are filled with delicious cuts of pork. I didn’t feel that bloated guilt after eating here that you may feel from some restaurants and everything was cooked to perfection. This may have been my first time but it won’t be my last. The staff was friendly and wore proper PPE to prevent the spread of germs.

The food is very good. Try the best Chinese food you can find and then come here.

The food was delicious! I ordered chicken noodle soup, and sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. The only problem I had was the staff was yelling in the back but it’s not a big deal to me. The waitress we had was nice.

I love this place it is the most delicious Traditional Chinese food but today I had Thai Curry Pineapple it was so delicious and Mrs Lee always remembers me and asks about my health

Love this place, my new spot after moving to the area and not finding any other place that Ilike. You can dine in, a plus for me, since a lot of other places you can't.

Today is my second time eating here and I think I have found my new favorite Chinese place, everything is delicious, I ordered the Mongolian beef!
The servers are also absolutely amazing, they go out of their way to interact with my six year old and it's the cutest!!

Best Chinese food in the St Clair Shores/Roseville/Eastpointe area! Very fresh, meat is tender and delicious. Be careful with your carry-out order, as the portions are huge. But you'll be glad to have the leftovers!

I honestly dont know how anyone can give this place a bad review. I ordered Almond chicken with an extra egg roll the food is awesome. I am a foodie and try lots and lots of restaurants just wanted to this place so placed a carry out. Very polite staff and food was great.

If you are looking for fancy food don't come here. If you want homestyle Chinese (Cantonese) food, this is the place to be. It is really a vibe. Everything is fresh, down to earth and consistent. I usually go for their chicken dishes which ha e always been flavorful and you know it's real. Thank you for being here!

Today was my first time here. It was nice finding a Chinese restaurant that has an open dining room as most around here seem to have stayed with take-out and delivery only. I had lunch and specials were almost all around 9 bucks and it came with hot tea, soup, egg roll, chicken fried rice, the entree. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly and provided speedy service. I am definitely coming back!
