Was surprised I had never stopped at this local ice cream spot - was glad I did! Awesome ice cream, honest prices, locally owned. There was a decent amount of bench seating behind the building, and everything was exceptionally clean for the area! Great place.

Great local spot! We love going here on a hot day. They have hard and soft ice cream and dole whip flavors! They always have some rotating flavors to mix it up so always check the menu! They accidentally mix up my husbands cone with the guy in front of us (they were very busy) and we didnt notice until he ate it, so make sure the order looks right! Still 5 stars cause we love them.

This place is very awesome for your family or friends to vibe or hang in, as there are many benches for almost everyone, it is clean, the people that work there are very nice, and the ice cream or food is amazing, with options from normal ice cream to ice shaved ice cream. 🍧

Cute quick stop for lots of ice cream options! Beware its on a busy street corner but has its own parking lot and also a seating area. Reasonably priced, the hard part is not going to try something new everyday!

The best twist cone! I've tried many different places and this one is perfect. The flavors are perfectly mixed and it doesn't start melting right away as I've experienced at other places.

Dip is a great little local ice cream shop. The workers are nice to all. Great prices!!! Got 4 larges and a small of diff. Items and it all was less than 18$$....its hard to make a family of 5 happy with less than 20$ now a days. But they were all happily fed and even enough left to leave a tip.

Great little local ice cream shop. Quick service, great variety. Has the standard offerings, nothing fancy, which is perfect for my taste. Parking can be a bit rough as the lot is oddly shaped and people park wherever they seem to want. If its busy, it gets a bit hectic. They move quickly through lines though, so even when busy, the wait is not too long.

Love the new owners. Love that they have lots of choices but not so many that you get confused. The limited time flavors give a chance to try something new and interesting!

My family and I love burlingame dip. It's our favorite summer time ice cream spot. The owner and staff are super friendly, the ice cream is awesome, and they're always coming up with new things to try. Give this place a try if you like good service and good ice cream :)

Stopped here for ice cream. The service was great and our order was prepared perfectly. I would eat here again.

Best Ice Cream Shop close to home that has the Green Apple soft-serve flavor burst that I love.

With it being fall now and later on in the evening there wasn't a line. During the hot months of summer you'll often find yourself at the end of a long line.

We took a chance and brought the dogs with us. They were able to get a doggie ice cream with milk bones. Can't believe how much the dogs enjoyed their ice cream and wanted everyone else's ice creams.

Very enjoyable evening for humans and furry friends alike.

Owner is so nice. Once my daughter didn’t like the ice cream she fit and he offered to trade it out, outgoing owner and ran nicely

Best ice cream in the city

One day My boyfriend and I went here after discing. Asked for bubble gum ice cream. They told me they just ran out of that flavor. Seeing the disappointment on my face. They gave me the empty bin to scrap out as much as I could. Absolutely love this ice cream shop. Especially the bubble gum ice cream. The owners and workers are amazing. Definitely recommend. :)

Shakes where excellent, service was excellent what else can I say! I can say nothing bad about this place everything is good. Only problem is finding a place to park when they are busy but if your out on a bike ride or walk and find yourself near this place, you should definitely consider stopping by.
