One of the best places we ate at while on vacation! The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I had bacon, eggs, hash browns, and pancakes. My hubby had bacon, eggs, toast and a Belgian waffle. We shared an order of biscuits and gravy! Everything was so delicious and our server was super nice!! Would definitely eat here again!!

I am from Twin Lake, now live in Colorado. Everytime we come home, eating at Overboard Inn is a must. The stuffed hash browns are my go-to. Their homemade raisin bread is also a must. A very friendly atmosphere, and we usually see people we haven’t seen in a long time. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

It's a place like no other with quality food you're familiar with. Portions, pricing, and people are excellent here. I hope this place is shared for generations to come.

Happy to have bragging rights for the only restaurant in Twin Lake. We are so lucky to have the closest place to a real, down home, friendly neighborhood diner right here in our little village. There is even a nostalgic type lunch counter for those of us who enjoy eating up close to the heart of the action.

So many outstanding Pros:
Consistently good, deliciously prepared food; fresh, hot, and made to order. Must try their homemade bread baked daily. Mmm-mmm good and yummy! So soft, aromatic, tasty... and the texture is perfection! Adds a simple additional dimension to your meal you'll find yourself anticipating when you return the next time. Haven't been disappointed since they opened, calling Twin Lake home. Certainly a must try for hungry foodies near or far.
My favorite... Stuffed hash browns with homemade white bread toast and strawberry jam. It's like having dessert after breakfast!! YUMM!!!!
Fast, friendly service with a smile! Reasonably priced, nice portions, clean. Always busy, so be prepared to wait just a bit if eating in; never too long a wait tho. Take out orders are normally ready within 15 minutes.

Only one Con:
Beware the hours!! 8am to 1pm daily.
Open for breakfast and lunch only. Boohoo! Now open on Mondays I think. Yay!! Not sure about Tuesdays. I recommend checking the website, or with them directly.

Love little diners like this. The food is great, and the prices are way better than some of the chain locations.

Food was delicious and very reasonable. Service was great. It’s a small diner so you could have a little bit of a wait but there are 2 benches available. Everything was delicious. Always order the homemade bread for a small up charge. The place itself is not very big or fancy but clean and simple. I highly recommend if you are in the area.

Wonderful mom & pop type place, really great breakfast 👌. A friend recommended this place and I’m very glad I checked it out. The prices are very reasonable the staff are nice and attentive, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Cleanest restaurant I've ever been in.

Had half order of stuffed hashbrowns and it was tasty with large pieces of veg mushroom onion cheese and bacon. Came with amazing raisin bread toast. Daughter loved her hot cocoa.

Best breakfast in the area. Good value, plenty of food. Sometimes, you will have a wait to get in.

Party of six. Everyone cleared their plates. Breakfast was outstanding. Almost as exceptional as the service. The tables special food requests were always met with a ‘no problem’ with a friendly voice and smile.

This place is Phenomenal! First time here and all i can say is id eat it every day if it wasnt a 15 min drive!! The food is almost underpriced for how good it is! Highly recommend checking this place out if you havent done so yet!!!

This was a classic Midwest diner type of restaurant. There was a bit of a wait for Sunday morning breakfast, but they got us seated in a reasonable amount of time, brought us coffee refills regularly, and we enjoyed our food.

Love the place, love the area, and the Farmers plate is the best love the people are friendly

What nice little restaurant! The skillet was delicious! The prices are so low. Our waitress was there with hot coffee and a smile. How does this little " wide spot in the road" rate having such a nice place to eat? It's worth the drive. Oh! They have homemade bread. Yum!

Great service, great food and great restaurant. I was recommended to go here and there homemade cinnamon weren’t not only huge but filled with deliciousness!

I got the stuffed hashbrowns. They were very delicious, while crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth on the inside. Also, they have great timely service.
