360 Detailing of Marblehead

Brought my car in to understand my ceramic coating and these guys nailed it. Told me how much coating I have left, maintenance steps and what a new coating would be and do. Even gave my car a wash. Hands down honest, upfront, and great guys to work with. Couldn’t be happier and will be back for any car cleaning needs.

I couldn't be happier with 360 Detailing. I brought my wife's SUV there which needed a ton of work. I spoke with Steve and he gave me his suggestions and took me through the process to bring the car back to life. I followed his suggestions and the SUV looks like new. Honest, fair, upfront and on time. Not much more you can ask from a business. I highly recommend.

They took a 2012 old black jeep to almost like new condition
Spent a unreasonable amount of time on their part on a paint correction that turned out better than I hoped for, they even gave the interior a sweep without being asked.

This place is the best. They are fast, super responsive, meticulous and just great guys. Went to pick up my car tonight and Josh offered to help me hide some loose wires I had from a child’s camera. Can’t recommend them enough.

Brought in my 3 year old Volvo SUV for an interior/exterior detail. I have three kids and a dog. These guys are great. Super easy/nice to work with. I didn't want any perfumes/scents used and they totally respected that. They made my car feel BRAND new again. It's such a great feeling. I know I will let my kids go back to eating ice cream in the back seat and the dog will likely get mud all over the seats again soon, but for now, the car feels so sparkly fresh. I just love it :) ! Will be back again. The only thing I wasn't sure about was tipping? Am I supposed to tip on something like this? Paid $300 for detailing which feels like a lot so wasn't sure.

Steve and his crew were absolutely fantastic! We have had both of our vehicles fully detailed inside and out at 360 and they both came out show room ready! They really pay attention to detail and do a thorough job! Steve also took the time to answer my many questions And never made me feel rushed! Overall a very positive experience and we are looking forward to our detail next Spring!

Can’t stress enough how much of a pleasant experience I had with 360. Steven the owner was full of information and great with his customer service. This is the place to go! I had a horrible experience when a flying sheet of ice destroyed my windshield. Then the glass shop got glass in my air vents. I called 360 Detailing to see what I should do. They answered their phone right away and got me in for a detailing as soon as they could. They were so communicative and helpful. Their customer service and work is exceptional, I’ll certainly be a repeat customer!

I've had two ceramic coat treatments done here and they were both perfect. The owner Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. All of the service was based around my specific make and model and what was best for my vehicle. 360 detailing is the best!

Your car will look legitimately brand new. The PDR they performed made it just amazing and smooth out every tiny ding I had. The feynLab coating brought out a gloss I've never seen on my car any better. If you're enthusiast or if you just care about your car go here. The customer service is absolutely amazing they're willing to go edit your way to make your needs their top priority and probably have a better eye for detail than you do. Being a car guy and loving a clean shiny car, I would wash and wax it every chance I had. Speaking with two friends that are fanatics about their cars, they shared that I needed to meet Steve at 360. I did and I'm happy to know someone more picky than me!

The first service performed was window tinting - It came out well and I love the look!

The second service was Ceramic Coating. From the beginning, Steve took the time to explain the options, the preparation process, the maintenance afterwards and pros and cons of the products that are out in the market today. Steve was also looking ahead at weather so the car can be returned without damage to the coating process - he wanted to ensure the car has enough time to be properly cured.

What really stood out to me was Steve's passion and love for what he does. He is a perfectionist. He was showing me things on the car (5 years old, in excellent condition) that I did not see, and apologized that the paint correction process did not completely remove the blemishes. He was sharing his expectations and standards and thinks his customers are the same way. Yes I am, but he has the trained eye!!

Now that the car is home. I cannot see what he pointed out to me.............The car looks better than when I bought it! Better yet, It will stay gleaming and shiny for years!

Was really happy with my detail service on my black Canarot SS. I've never owned a black car before so want to try and take care of it. 360 detailing did a great job.

I definitely want to look into the ceramic coating process. There was a black Bentley there they were working on. Looked amazing. I want my car to look like that.

I don't typically post reviews, but I was so happy with the detailing job 360 Detailing did on my car the other day that I am compelled to share my experience. I have had my car detailed on a number of occasions at other detail businesses, but 360 Detailing did the best job by far I ever had. Steve, the owner, called me while they were working on the car and asked me if I there were any areas of concern I wanted given special attention. I couldn't think of anything in particular, but he mentioned some scratches on the trunk lid that had always been present and said he would see if they could compound them out. Well, they removed them completely and made the paint on the entire car as smooth as a baby's bottom and shinier than I had ever seen it. Also, although it was exterior only, they still did a thorough complimentary vacuuming of the interior. I couldn't recommend them more!
