Came in today and was immediately met with Chris the help me out, managed to get in and out within and hour all while having a good conversation to pass the time. Chris was awesome help and explained everything I needed. Totally gonna stay either Verizon

Heathre and the other guys there are the best I love going in there to take care of my business I started off with Heathre and I will always stay with her she knows what I am talking about and she knows how's to fixs a lot of stuff for us and I do really appreciate it and always will you all need to go in and see her and have her work with you on getting what you need and want she does the best.

Great customer service! I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20+ years so when I received a call suggesting I take a look at updating my phone, I decided to do so with no intentions of actually replacing it!
I met with Heathre’ at TCC on East Apple in Muskegon. She was extremely thorough, taking time to go over my current plan and the costs associated with her upgrade recommendations. I was extremely impressed with her overall knowledge and caring service. Many thanks to Heathre’ for truly caring about her customers!

On October 27 we made a trip to Muskegon to change out 2 very old iPhones. Chris took my call before heading out and told me he had what we needed to get new phones. In one hour he switched out both mine and my husband‘s phones, and made it look like a cakewalk. He also made sure that we had all of the accessories that we needed for having new and updated phones. Chris also stayed after closing to finish this up for us as we arrived a little late. He had no problem staying to help us make sure that we had what we needed. Chris was so helpful, friendly, and was very enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend seeing Chris for all of your iPhone/cell phone needs at Verizon on Apple Avenue in Muskegon.

Heather stayed late and went over all plans and options to make sure we got the best plans and phones for our family. She was really great to work with.

Nick was a rock star. Switched me and my two girls over with a smile and we showed up at 530! He stayed an hour late for us and was super helpful and even entertaining! Class act! Thank you Nick!

Best experience ever! I went to the Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI store for a new phone and was greeted by Will Henderson. He helped me immediately and was both professional and friendly. I am not techie and Will did not make me feel stupid at all. Highly recommend going to the Apple Avenue store and ask for Will's assistance. Hands down my best experience with Verizon.

Chris was outstanding during my visit. He helped me find the perfect phone quickly, showing me plenty of options that fit my budget. The entire process was short and painless, and he made for good conversation while waiting for the phones' data to transfer. If I ever need more help from Verizon, I know exactly who I will be returning to!

The staff was so friendly I will only go to this Verizon store! Will is hlwho helped me get all my info changed from my old to my new phone. His patience with my old phone was amazing. Have a great team there I recommend it to anybody.

We had such a great experience with Heather today! She was super knowledgeable and took her time explaining things to us. My phone took quite awhile to transfer over and she was super friendly the entire time. Would recommend both her and the store location.

This location has the greatest staff & service. They go above & beyond to find the best Verizon products & service to suit your needs. My grandaughter & I went to TCC Verizon to discuss options for phone upgrades & home phone service. Nick was extremely helpful, discussed options, helped us make a decision & made our transition so easy. I usually hate changing to new phones but he made sure everything transitioned from our old equipment & was working properly. He took as much time as we needed to be sure everything was right. There were plenty of employees to help all customers who came in, with very little wait time. Even though they were busy, I felt no pressure to hurry a decision. Nick made sure to answer all questions & help us make our decisions. They have a good selection of cases & equipment for a complete experience. You can buy a phone almost anywhere nowadays but not every place has great customer service. TCC on Apple exceeded our expectations. Thanks.
