We’ve used Griffin’s services to completely keep ants and mice out of our home for several years now. Along with our contracted quarterly services, they come out to handle any problems we might have between scheduled visits. They’ve gotten rid of ground wasps, a huge mud wasp nest, wasps in our wood siding, and helped us figure out that we had bats in our attic. All these additional services are free with our contract. They always accommodate us if we need to reschedule a service time. The technicians are friendly, polite and professional. I’ve recommended Griffin to many family members and friends who have older homes with ants and/or mice issues. We are very happy with Griffin’s services!

We worked with Gage Smith this time. We have been dealing with bed bug issues for over a year. Gage was the most knowledgeable technician yet. He explained the benefits of box spring/mattress covers, where others have said I don't know. He also placed your bedbug traps under the leg of the bed. That has never been done correctly before. Given his knowledge I would be very pleased if Gage Smith could be scheduled to be our technician for the next inspection and application.

I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with this company. I used them for my previous residence (about ten years) and now for my current (about 1.5 years). Technicians always friendly/knowledgeable, phone contacts equal to that. If ever I’ve needed to have them return (lone spider 😣) they’ve been quick and efficient. I can’t think of one thing negative to say about them. I’ll continue using their service for as long as I have a need.

I live in senior apartments and we have bedbugs here. Exterminator was very nice, kind, professional and covered my apartment with bug killer spray and powder. Thank you Griffin for being so good 😊

John Forester is apparently the manager in Grand Rapids. I pay $75 per quarter for mole control plus more for pest, mice and spiders. We have continued mole issues in the same trails. I have called everyday for the last 2 weeks and they say John will call back

Excellent service with congenial service technicians. Alert you by text with picture of technician and timeframe of when they will arrive. I’ve used them at 5 houses over the years.

1 time application did it for us. They did an awesome job, on time and cleaned up after. The Teck answered all questions and knew what she was doing.
