5 star because they were friendly, fast and the food was what I expected. I rate fast food differently than I do restaurants with table service.

Great customer service, usually really quick to fill your order. All my drive-through and dine-in experiences have been excellent!

Some longer waits if they are busy but my food is always fresh.

Pros: Food was hot and well made!
Staff was friendly and worked hard.
Cons: Took a bit longer then normal on this trip but they were really busy both in the drive through and inside so I didn’t ding them for that.
Over all very well done !!

The people there are so friendly and fast to help people even when they are short staffed.

Got impatient in my car at the drive thru for no good reason at all, wasn't even a long wait, then I made a lame excuse when I got my food... I had forgotten there's cameras... Lol. And all the folks here were very considerate, professional, and friendly in return. I stop here often and have great experiences every time, but tonight impressed me. And of course the food is so good!

We love the Mcdouble deal. Buy one get one for a dollar! Best deal in town.

They are decent some are a bit unfriendly but most are nice

We took the grandkids to McDonald's in Ionia the first time a few weeks ago. I really like the new setup

Just driving thru with a couple friends to get get some lunch and it was quick and easy! The workers were really nice and friendly the food was fresh and hot only had to wait a couple minutes and we were good to go!!!

Fast, Hot food, friendly staff.

Went through the drive through around 8pm last night. So hungry I was nauseated. The line was long but went quickly & both the young man who took my money & the young lady who handed me my food were some of the friendliest people I've encountered at a fast food restaurant. I needed that right then after being so sick all day. Thank you!

Nice and Easy mcdonalds service is fast. The people in line with you are normally patient as well. Not always but its always hot food and little to no mess ups.

My food was fresh and well prepared. I can't complain. Well done staff.

Has reopened for inside dining, finally. The interior has been modernized with new seating and ordering kiosks. Counter ordering is still available. The place has been beautified. It's very nice! The drive-thru continues to be busy with two lane ordering.
