There were two young men that were so helpful. One was inside and the other one helped us load. Outstanding customer service.

I bought my siding today from Kevin. He was very knowledgeable about the product and took the time to explain all the different opinions. He was great to work with and was a big part of why I bought the siding here

Our family “go to” for all our DIY projects. They even have the pet supplies and bird seed for our critters.
We remodeled two homes and Menards was our main supplier. 11% rebate makes it even better.

I just left Ionia Menards. I stopped an employee to ask a few questions about a weed trimmer I wanted to purchase. The employee, Phil, from the plumbing department answered my questions and even had me follow him to his desk where he had some tools, and he assembled my trimmer for me and showed me how to operate it. I never leave reviews, but I feel he deserves a shout out for helping me more than he needed to. Thank you

I love my Menards though I don't live in Ionia our yard is decked out with owls to potting soil to Beautiful and very bright colors of birds flowers you name it they have it and so very helpful like I said I love my Menard's

i bought a utility sink with cabinet on 9/20/22 and when I got it home and unpacked it, it had a ding in the bottom of one of the cabinet doors. I needed to install right away so I did not want to take a half day repacking and returning it. I called the company who manufactured it as the note inside the box instructed. I was told that they would send another door in two weeks so we cut and installed the utility cabinet. I received another email message from them a few days later telling me they could not locate a door and I needed to return the cabinet to Menards. I called the Ionia Menards and talked to Carl who was great on the phone and assured me he could take a door off an in stock unit if I came with the damaged door and receipt. He was quick to assist me once I got there and pulled the door off a display cabinet. I really appreciated the great service and thank Carl Walter for his dedication to customer service!

Have employees all around to help you and give assistance when needed,all very courteous and knowledgeable. Have good amount of stock on sale items and great prices. One of our favorite stores, staff does a great job, nice displays, easy to find things as they have informative well displayed signs.

The Ionia Menards store is a clean store. Stocked with pretty much of whatever you are looking for to purchase. Competitive pricing. Some sales and clearance items. Helpful and friendly store associates. Easy checkout, and don't forget those 11% rebate slips🙂...More importantly; don't forget to mail them in on time with accurate information, so that you get your 11% rebate check in the mail, to use the next time you go shopping at Menards, to save BIG Money 😁🤣🤭 It's a good store!

Went in for a heating element for my water heater. Picked up a gallon of milk while I was there, which was nice. Saved me a stop. Check out gal, Sydney, was awesome. She asked if I was aware of their 15% off sale on everything you can stuff into a bag. I told her I was not aware of that sale. She gave me 15% off anyway, even though I didn't have anything in the sale bag.

We needed a lot of help picking out new kitchen cabinets.

Josh gave us great instructions on what we need to measure at home to order the correct sizes and styles

It took quite a while but he was very patient with all of my questions and even with the one or two squabbles my husband and I had over different wants or opinions

So excited to get my long wanted new cabinets and countertops

My favorite place to shop. Everytime I go there I find something I'd never seen before and always buy more than I came for. Very helpful people

I had a chance to speak with the security guard at the back gate. He was friendly and patient with me as this was my first experience having to pick up my supplies. If other employees are this nice, I will do a lot more shopping at the Ionia Menards.

Needed a new heat only thermostat and they had just what I needed...on sale! I like that there are associates there to help answer questions (which I had). Everyone was kind and helpful and I had several choices...yay!
