Arby's

I almost never go to Arby's except once in a great while when I feel like having the Greek Gyro with extra onions, extra tomatoes and extra tzatziki sauce. But now they got the fish sandwich back so I am going a few times a week. I love their fish sandwich....so so good, I get it with onions and tomatoes added.

You know what I like more than this fish sandwich? The 2 wonderful girls working the night shift -- Chloe (I don't know if I spelled that right) and Sierra. These 2 girls are so, so, so nice! I wish I could do something for them to make them very happy...like gift them a month long all-expenses paid vacation to the Bahamas!

UPDATE: This location, and the company in general, have knocked it out of the park with this wagyu burger, I don't think I'll ever eat a McDonald's or Burger King burger again without thinking of the bold flavor of this, first time ever, Arby's burger! The picture doesn't do justice to the flavor, but who buys a burger just to look at it?

I can't even compare this experience with my Arby's (Lowell) experience. The food fantastic, the presentation was even great, which is sometimes hard for Arby's food since it general wants to slide apart. My sandwich didn't have a single item or of place, it was hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this location, especially when compared to others Arby's restaurants. Thanks Arby's team for a spectacular lunch! Keep up the great work!

Every time we come here the food is hot. We have not had a complaint (so far) from this location 🤞🏽

My boyfriend &’ I go to Arbys fairly often and the customer service is usually terrible to say the least. Today was completely different thanks to Katie! It was so refreshing to finally speak to someone who seemed like they care about their job &’ their customers. Giving this review 5 stars based solely on her!

Good food, but they are not helpful or friendly. She shorted me my curly 🍟 and rushed me at the order speaker. The staff change is very noticeable and not good.

Was driving through town and stopped for something quick. Bathrooms were clean. Store was clean. Drink and sauce stations were stocked and clean. Staff was quick and friendly. Food was hot and fresh. 5 stars, Ionia Arby's. You guys are killin it! Keep up the good work!

My food came quickly and was very fresh. The cashier at the window was very polite. Way to go Portland Arby's!

Arby's has always been my favorite fast food! I've rarely had any issues at the Ionia location. They always get my order right and usually they're pretty fast.

I'm probably the worse person to leave a review cause it takes a lot to upset me when it comes to food service. As for my recent visit they were fast, friendly and didn't miss a beat. A++

Very good Service Very Good Food

Very well managed when I visited, had the spicy fish the sandwich was no big whup just a mild heat so I'll probably just have the original next time out. Wonderful staff, and kept very clean...thanks again ladies.

Good food and service, so far. i haven't been let down, the corn beef Ruben is amazing. Interior is very similar to every other fast food now, but it used to be very unique and quite comfortable. Before the remodel they had a surprisingly large and live tree in the center of the restaurant that gave the restaurant a very unique feel, Tree is gone now.

I felt bad for Celia and the Manager they were the only ones working in that whole restaurant since 8:30pm. It's pretty sad that the area supervisor is sitting at home with his family while stores are struggling. I know this ain't just this store either. They need to hire a new area supervisor and a new boss above his cause they both don't care at all about there restaurants.

I got their fresh market sandwich , yummy has apples , grapes , pecans, lettuce, and Cubed chicken very tasty
