Very happy with the work at this office. From top to bottom everyone is very helpful. Very supportive throughout the claim process. I had never had to make a claim before. My apartment got flooded after a burst pipe. Went into the office spoke with Dave. Same day had a call from hunter. All the ladies who answer the phone are more than willing to help get things moving also. Just overall very happy with the experience.

I spent a full day shopping for car insurance after reeling from the shock of my renewal quote from Progressive. After a FB post and reaching out to every single recommendation, I was losing hope. I saw some kinda sketchy experiences with State Farm. As this is the start of what I hope to a good relationship, I would like to give a shout out to Christion who spent nearly 45 minutes ensuring that we were covering all the bases. My past accident history (fault of my own and not a fault) was killing my ability to get a decent rate. This is something I will have to endure for one more year. In the meantime, he was able to explain my comprehensive and broad form deductible, and I got great rates for lower deductibles for both. I have never been able to afford less than $1000 with Progressive. I also was able to include roadside and car rental in the event I needed them. I was struggling to afford just the rental in my Progressive policy. I hope that I never have to file a claim with State Farm to have to review this portion of service but if it goes as well as my purchase of this insurance I should be okay :) The Progressive rep I spoke with this morning was unable to beat the great coverage I am now signed up for. Again 5 Stars to Christion.

I recently switched my home and two autos to State Farm after over 20 years with another provider. I work with Christion Williams (had never heard of or met before) with Dave Arends Agency. Christion was a great communicator in explaining my coverages, options, and payment plans. After things were set in motion he followed up on two different occasions to make sure I received all the paperwork, welcome packet and confirmed my coverage at my desired start date. Working with Nolan was so easy, we did a simple phone call and I was quoted and was able to cut my car insurance bill down by over HALF. With still all the coverage I had before (full maxed out coverage for everything) and I even bundled my renters insurance for another discount. I recently hit a deer with my car and the staff at Dave Ahrens were extremely helpful and patient with me while filling out my claim. They wanted to know if I was ok after my accident, and went above and beyond to take care of my claim. While I have dealt with many insurance companies in my years, State Farm and the Dave Ahrens office has been truly professional and I received my money in a super timely fashion. Something that doesn’t happen at other insurance companies. Trust me on that!

I have been with them for about 10 years. They ALWAYS have the lowest rates and great coverage. My vehicle insurance has never gone up but continues to drop. The staff is kind, quick and polite. My favorite person to talk with is Billee, she is very knowledgeable and can always answer my though questions. I have even talked to Dave and he is very kind. Cracking jokes, talking about his life experiences. Good guy, good team and fare rates! I'll never leave.

Darrick Earegood helped my husband and I obtain life insurance. He came to our house to meet with us and discuss all our options. A conversation that could have been very deep and heavy, was instead full of laughs and realness. Hr was incredibly down to earth as he laid it all out for us. Even while having us consider other related decisions that are tough, he did it in a light hearted way that made the conversation easier. It was very much appreciated!

I had to make a follow up call to ask some clarifying questions and he got back to me right away and was just as candid as he had been in person.

My agent Sean Kearney was very helpful and gave me a great deal on my auto and home insurance. For full coverage I'm saving and extra $50 a month and for home insurance I'm saving almost $200 a year. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Anytime I needed something I was able to get it right away and didn't have to wait. I couldn't ask for a better insurance company to be with.
