They really care about your animal friends here! My family had taken our pets to Fran for years and have such become accustomed to a significant level of care. You'll be happy to know that you'll be met with the same level of care when your pets see Doctors Hoagland and Doctor Naylor. They are all thorough, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. The staff are all awesome and willing to answer any of your questions; if the staff can't answer your questions the doctors will. Literally. I called with a post op question about my cat, the staff asked if they could call me back. I expected a call from a tech or the receptionists but Dr. Naylor called me back herself. She answered all of my questions and reassured me that I was doing all the right things for my sweet baby kitty. It was an extremely positive experience.

BEST VET AND STAFF. I have been to multiple vets through multiple moves and animals. Dr. Fran saved my dog after it was hit by a truck, and an emaciated and sick 2 week old kitten. She's knowledgeable and patient. Be prepared for a possible wait if she takes an emergency. Absolutely worth the wait. Very reasonable prices. Low turnover staff because ot mist be a great place to work❤

The best vet. She cares and takes care of her patients. She has treated too many animals of mine too count. From basics to eye removals and laser therapy for arthritis. She does it all.

Professional and caring I can't convey in words the gratitude I have for Dr Fran who took care of my little Pekingese dog Po Po for over five years. I highly recommend Dr Fran and her staff who showed us so much kindness and went out of their way to make sure Po Po had everything he needed.

Yearly check up for 1 dog. New vets. Very nice.

I have been going to Fran for about 29yrs, I trust her completely with my dogs...
I have had to call her at home for an emergency & she met me at clinic. I also called her for issues with my geese & our sheep & she gave me advice on phone which took care of the situation, was so grateful! When I ask her a question I know she will give me an honest answer & as long as I am living in this area I don't want to ever have to take my animals to anyone else but her! Not only is she a great vet but she is also a great person & you can tell her love for animals!

They are caring, compassionate and have a professional staff. Dr. Traylor and staff always suggest what is best for your pet and want for them to remain healthy and happy. The past few visits with my dog that has been having back problems, has been fairly easy on my wallet, and frankly, quite surprising. They are the best around for all your pets needs.

Never have I found a more caring and compassionate staff. They treat their pet patients and pet parents as if they were family. Dr. Fran is extremely knowledgeable and gives most generously of her time, talent and expertise. This is an extremely professional yet loving practice as both you and your pets are treated with the utmost kindness and respect meeting the physical as well as psychological needs of pets and those who love them.

I have been searching for a good vet since I moved to Indiana 4 years ago from Kansas. Dr Francis Traylor took care of Bella (my dog) today and I left there knowing I had found a great place for her and my other dog Lilly. The staff and Dr Taylor were friendly, caring and professional. Thank goodness there is a clinic you feel cares about your pet and helps you deal with having a sick animal. Thumbs up for Dr Traylor!

I use too work there they take care of your baby just its there own!! Dr Fran is the Best to work for she is a sweet heart I love and miss her deeply!!
