The customer service reps are friendly and readily available to help, and Kelly herself is available if necessary and willing to assist me. Awesome agency!

I have been going through State Farm - Kelly Anderson for the past 4 years. I have had a windshield crack, I’ve been rear ended, and today my car was totaled on my way home from work. (The big snow storm everyone was talking about.) Every time something has happened, the agents are very caring and quick to help. They have always gotten me into a rental right away, and everything got in and processed very quickly. Today, the agent I spoke to was reassuring me of all my concerns and he said “We’ve got you covered, 100%” They picked my car up from the towing company right away and got the ball rolling on everything immediately. I pick up my rental car tomorrow until they confirm that it’s totaled out and we go from there. All medical for me and my children is 100% covered by State Farm. I feel so safe and secure knowing that I have such an exceptional insurance carrier backing us up. ♥

Kelly Anderson is such a great agent! She was so thorough with everything thing, answered all my questions effectively, helped explained all my options, and was very personable. She actually really cared about my needs - I was very impressed with her whole staff and how much they've helped me since her being my agent.

I've been using this office for my car and renters insurance for quite some years now. I honestly don't even recall how or why I found this office, or why I switched from Progressive. But I definitely know why I stay. I call them twice a year minimum. When my insurance renews every six months, my apartment complex wants proof that I still have renters insurance. I call the office, and from the moment they answer the phone, they already have my name and details pulled up from the called id. They know the drill, and they personally fax my apartment complex an updated insurance policy. I don't have to do anything! Given that I call but twice a year, I can't recall if I speak to many a different agents, but they are always friendly and professional. Usually we just make small talk about life. You don't feel like you're taking care of business, even though you are! I highly recommend this agency. Next year, I'll be making that switch to home owners insurance, and I can't wait for you to do all the work there, also. ;)

This office has wonderful employees who will always spend time to ensure customer satisfaction, whether it is paying a bill or following up on a claim. The annual insurance reviews that are conducted help find discounts and educate you on your insurance coverages, as well as provide financial guidance to protect yourself for the future. Highly recommend.
