I've bought 2 homes from Ben Otis of Platinum Group Realty. Both times I've found Ben to be knowledgable and honest. Because Ben has also worked in contsruction and because he owns a numbre or rental properties, he was able to warn us of homes that had unseen structraral iussues. On more than one occasion Ben saved us from buying a home that looked nice, but would have been a nighmere down the road.

Ben also sold our first home after we'd been there only 2 years. It was DURING the housing crisis and managed to keep us from losing money!
