Farmers Insurance - Lucas Scherkenbach

I was in the market for a new insurance agent a couple years ago and was referred to Lucas by a business contact. From the onset, Lucas has been professional, responsive and knowledgeable on what my family needs. Lucas is not the salesy insurance guy but rather only recommends the right amount of coverage appropriate for our situation. We also recently had to file an insurance claim. Extremely unprofessional. Given the very few five star reviews I’m sure they are friends and family. Don’t waste your time with this clown
