Burger King

Great Burger King, they are extremely fast in the drive thru almost all the time! Friendly staff, clean store. For fast food, it tastes pretty good! I don’t expect perfection because that’s not the point of fast food, and this way I’m never disappointed! Keep it up, Burger King!

We came through the drive thru 12/17 right before 9 pm and had great service. The dude at the window was super kind and the food was fresh. We had to wait just a little bit (5min max) and he was apologetic. Best service from a BK we had in a long time.

In and out in 6 mins tops. Took me longer to order then it did for them to make it. Keep it up.

Food is often luke warm at best, service is sporadic, and the building is often dirty inside.
To be fair they do seem understaffed at peak time.

Just gotta have the charbroil flavor. I quit going to Hardee's years ago because they lost that charbroil flavor. Although the fries really, really suck here. I haven't ever seen them make a fresh batch. They always try to give me the nasty, cold cardboard tasting fries so I just simply quit ordering fries at burger King

We are just leaving Burger King right now. First off I am excited that they are open right now as no other place is. Good job keeping your hours open. We are in the middle of a move and I called Burger King to make sure that they were open. A very friendly voice answered telling us they were in fact open and they were excited to see us. When I showed up the lady over the microphone was so nice and inviting. We had just finished moving and have a lot of people to feed. We ordered a very large order and Jess the worker had told us how happy she was that we showed up, and they are excited to see customers. I did not catch the name of the other guy working, but him and Jess definitely made our experience amazing. The best customer service we have ever received at any Burger King ever. Thank you for having such amazing staff.

Second time here in last three weeks, reminded me of the old BK.
Food was actually better than I expect, well, not really!, but other locations have terrible quality control apparently and the taste usually suffers.
This location is busy, rotation of food keeps it fresher and if you like BK, then you owe it to yourself to try this place when your craving it.

I love coming here. The workers know my name. They are friendly and nice especially to me.

I only come inside because the customers who go to this drive through and order are so rude to the workers. It seems they have forgotten how to read and ask the order person a million questions when it's right there on the menu thingys.

The people taking the orders are patient, pleasant and try to be fast but the customers can be so rude and only care about themselves. They don't care if there are 10 cars behind them.

Any way, this is my favorite place to eat because my food is fresh, I always get a smile coming in and when I leave. Thanks BK Ham Lake for treating this customer with kindness and respect, for being as fast at making fresh food as you can be and tolerating all the mean customers that come to your place.

I've stopped here 4 times in the past 4 months. Going through the drive through only. The food has been hot every time. You don't always get that when you stop to eat while traveling. Just felt like it was just cooked and not under a heat lamp. Good job

Service was 11/10. Whoever was working on 12/9/21 around 7:10am needs a raise. However the food was for sure sitting too long, tasted dry and old, like gas station food that's been cooked on the lights for 2 days.

THE POTHOLES HAVE BEEN FIXED!!!

They've gotten a lot better, for a long time I refused to go there but they have improved greatly. It's still fast food but they're more in line with what you would expect these days. Beware of the pot-hole at the end of the drive-through however.

OLD REVIEW(2017-2018?): Greeted with rude tone, raised voice after a literal 10 second wait without ordering (Asked "give me a moment, please?"). Refused to move hand more than 5 inches inside the building to grab my card, pass drinks or give food (yeah, i had to reach into the building to get my food...) Dumped both drinks on my hand because of the whole refusing to move arm to pass them issue...
Short of the long is don't come here until they fire a few people.

I have always had quick service and the food has been hot and fresh this is one of very few Burger King's I will stop at.

I ordered a Bacon king sandwich. It was sure good. Someone should buy this place and franchise it. I think people would love these sandwiches in any town in the good old USA!!

Check your order before you leave the drive thru. My bag was missing one order of fries and the other order of fries were cold and soggy and disgusting. This is not the first time they have messed up so you really have to pay attention at this place. There's nothing like getting on the road I'm having to turn around and go back. Sad.

I never have issues when I come here. I went today and there was a long line of cars. They got through the cars pretty fast. I thought I ordered two items and it’s possible the lady misheard me and when I was going to drive away the lady (manager I think) gave me another one for free of charge. It really made my day

Back in 1996 when I was in high school me and my friends would go here. Back then a few times a year they use to run a special for $1.00 Whoppers!!!!!!! Same great taste just a little more money now but we'll worth it! Slappy D's or Mc Danks whatever you prefer to call the buildings with the golden arches there food is just plain greese on a bun absolutely terrible. Thank God for Burger King!

The normal drive through lady is the best, she made my whole day. And my food was hot and fresh. I don't care what all the other people say this is the best burger king I have EVER been to. I am DEFINITELY coming back to get more of this food 100% 😍🤗😀

Every Burger King in Minnesota can learn from this one!!!! I’ve spent way more at Burger King’s across Minnesota while Dash and dining but this one definitely stands out the staff was courteous and the food was great!
