Today, I had an appointment for my iPhone broken glass which was supposed to be 30 minute. It turned out into 3 hours because of this stupid policy that Apple has. I was frustrated and exhausted, but shoutout to best buy staff and Apple Booth staff who helped me for that whole time(Trey and Destiny) BestBuy actually need to give them a raise because I never received that kind of friendly and supportive assistance ever from the customers support. They even called Costco and other carrier companies to provide alternate options for me. Even though my problem was not resolved, thank you so much to those staff who helped me and gave directions.

Ordered an item online for curbside pick up. I was in the area before it was ready and stopped to ask if I could possibly pick it up sooner. They found my item and put a priority on it for me to help me out. Very happy with my service today!!

Made an idiotic mistake in my purchase of an iPad 2 months ago, I tried to just deal with it, but eventually decided it is causing me too much stress. The staff worked with me to set things straight, and really showed me patience and understanding. We got it all sorted out. They really came through for me, and even though i planned on getting cheap accessories on Amazon, I am now bent on returning to Best Buy to give them my money instead. They deserve it. I bought a new refrigerator I was very impressed because it is a French door type of refrigerator and it was at a great price and a single mom on a budget needs these kind of things the person that was helping you was very informational it was quick and easy it was already to set up and I got delivered in the next week and it was perfect I had looked at some places that had refurbished or used and their prices were almost the same as the brand new refrigerator I bought great warranty and they took my old refrigerator

I like best buy st cloud they have amazing selection television sets I bought Sony X 90L great TV for the price.

Marcus was extremely helpful with my mom purchasing a new cellphone (Jitterbug). Her and I are so happy we came to Best Buy and worked with Marcus! My mom is extremely happy with this phone and service. Consumer cellular has dropped the ball related to the senior demographic. The jitterbug is the most user friendly phone for seniors! I purchased a new GE Washer and Dryer, JBL Speaker, and the new Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra.

They were very knowledgeable and Marcus was cute as heck.

Was helped right away. Even though they did not have what I was looking for they had an answer within 3 min. Great job getting me in and out with a toddler in hand!

Went to the Verizon store to upgrade my wife's phone and they didn't even have time to help us went to Best Buy in Saint Cloud Minnesota and we were in and out in 20 minutes with my wife new phone. Great experience

FIVE STARS - BUUUT…. St. Cloud is clearly understaffed and it doesn’t make sense that there are people standing around waiting for help when there literally are not enough people to help.

Every person I went to to ask for help was already helping someone else.

HIRE MORE PEOPLE or you’ll drive your employees to quit.

I wanted to write a complaint because I was waiting around for 40 minutes but someone named Mike or Michael and someone named Zander were really helpful and I was out the door in five minutes.

It should have been a ten minute total trip and instead it was 50 minutes.

Was a pleasant visit this afternoon. I was able to find my printer ink that I couldn't find anywhere, I always enjoy the ability to walk into the store and browse because I also found an unneeded Nintendo switch game as well today 😅

The young lady at the checkout was so helpful and went above and beyond. A good attitude and a smile can make all the difference.

Derek was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond to help us get the TVs we wanted and found us a comparable one when the one we originally wanted wasn’t in stock. Also took the time to order a different one from another store cause they couldn’t find it anywhere. From 2 former retail workers to another, Derek is awesome and definitely should have gotten commission (he told us he wouldn’t get any 😔) on the sale from us today, he did amazing and was super fun to talk to! Hope Best Buy actually reads these cause I couldn’t find the survey link on my receipt!!!
