Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location is spacious (I’m assuming for distancing purposes during COVID), and service was friendly and competent. The food was well prepared and they had plenty of everything. Looked like they were all on their game.

Music was nice and not intrusive. Like “background” but not muzak.

You get so much (good) food for your money. The people were super nice too. Plus, we got to eat outdoors by the fountain. Very nice.

Was extremely busy the last time we visited. We were getting our order to go during a snow storm. The line was long, but was moving fast. They were well staffed and everyone seemed to be working well together. Honestly nice to see how fast everyone was working to get our orders made compared to some other places.

Sometimes with Chipotle deliveries, it seems like things get mushed, cold, or just not put together quite right. Seriously, the bowl from this location was the best bowl I've ever seen. Full to the top, hot, and delicious. Will definitely order from this location again!!

I ordered online and picked up in store around 1:30 pm on Wednesday. The store was generally clean. There were a couple tables dirty but it was not that bad. I like how they separate the online pick up and the in store ordering. It made it so much easier. My food was great. I would come back here again.

It was so yummy, I loved the spicy salsa.

This was the best chipotle I have ever been too. Fast service and great portions. Could not have been better.

Always get the chicken burrito Always consistent

This is a great place to get food while traveling. It allowed us to just get sometime quick for the kids and get back on the road. They are very fast at getting the order done too!

Food is always good and they give great portions. Ask for what you want & you shall receive. You can’t expect them to give you more if you don’t ask :)

Delicious food, fast service!
They do a great job keeping the line moving even at peak hours. Food is fresh and yummy. They keep the place clean. The bathroom is a single stall and clean. They have a nice amount of indoor seating and a nice patio area. The spot is convenient right by 23 and 15. Nice shopping nextdoor. The employees are nice and do a great job.

Really good food and great customer service. The people who worked there are nice and know what they are doing. Always looking forward to come back but be prepared as sometimes it can be. Little bit of a wait. If u want to skip the line order with the app instead.

Place that's this busy every time we go there just indicates the products they offer.

This is a great chipotle location. Ordered the veggie burrito and it was huge. Size of a football. Line was out the door but worth it. Staff was friendly. Half the customers were cliff jumpers coming from quarry park so the vibe was cool. Definitely coming back.

Friendly, fast service. Upbeat staff. Food quality is superb. The Chicken could stand to be cleaned/cut up a little better. When you're already only getting one shallow scoop of chicken to begin with, and you end up biting into multiple chicken chunks that are inedible ... it's a let down.

Just left this place. We walked in with 4 people in front of us and were followed by about 10 people. A girl named Kathy was all alone on the line - there wss about 5 employees not doing anything. We saw her ask for help and the entire team still didn't help.
So, this review is for Kathy. She kept her cool and kept trucking with the orders. I would be super upset with my coworkers. So, props Kathy.
The rest of the team seemed unmotivated. As a customer, we waited longer because of them.

Like all Chipotle restaurants this one is very busy at meal times, but the line does move quickly, although sometimes seating is unavailable. The outdoor patio makes this less of a problem in summer than during winter hours. The food is great & the employees are friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do & have fun doing it.

Ordered on line, it was a few minutes past the promised time but the place was very busy so that wasn't a problem. They have a nice system to get the pickup orders out. Great food!
