I met the store manager, Jade, at crossroads center American eagle. She was very helpful, polite, professional and took care of every question. The service technique was spectacular and exceeded my expectations on the busiest day of the year! I got her full attention, and every other employee assisted me through the rest of my purchase! Amazing team work and REAL environment.

We stopped in quickly to look for jeans for my tween son. They were quick and efficient. Very helpful! Tried on 4 styles left with 2 pair. In and out in less than 30 minutes.
