I have bought stuff here either online or in the store. I find the clothing better quality than Kohl’s. Never had problems with staff. It’s always the blacks screaming racism and ruining the stores for everyone else.

Excellent customer service throughout the store. Great deals. Loved the gal who helped me at the register. Lavender shirt, pearl necklace. She was so pleasant the gal behind me was smiling, too.

Good store and good inventory. Not too busy when I was there around noon. Didn't buy anything. Particular material in capris I was looking for. Couldn't really tell if items were on sale. Will be back as I like Penny's.

I always buy online since it is so easy... today I needed a dress. Found one, paid for it and thought my acct was up to date, it wasn't. No big discount for me. So I decided to return and open up a new acct. "LOWEN" helped me.... she was amazing. EVERYTHING about the transaction... her compliments..her comment. "If you ever need anything let me know". As soon as I left .I called a gf and told her... she is going INTO the store. LOWEN is old school help.. you do not find that anywhere anymore. She is a huge value to the store. When I
was as leaving another customer wanted her... her compliment was geniune "I love that top on you".

We were looking for men's black dress slacks and men's black dress shirt. Found the perfect fit. We were there at closing time. The cashier was very friendly and helpful with our purchase!

Always so helpful the most of employees and love selection of everything at this JCPenney my go to like once a week

Greeted immediately while entering store. One nice young man in men's asked me if he could help and two woman at registered all so friendly.

Excellent experience, I originally had a poor experience at the Bemidji, MN store, so was planning to return my men's suit I purchased there. Luckily, I ran into the most helpful and knowledgeable JCP employee Genna. She not only confirmed my purchase and selection, which I had to find myself in Bemidji. Genna not only confirmed my selection I purchased a belt as well as shoes. I am very satisfied with the services I received, and without a shadow of a doubt I will be returning hopefully to receive assistance from Genna who prioritized me while I was shopping or at least made me feel that way. She definitely deserves a raise and as a former retail manager for Sears, Menard's, K-Mart and Target I feel I have the KSA's necessary to make a knowledgeable decision when my experience with her will guarantee multiple re-visits and word of mouth for years to come.

Great environment since the store was updated. They have a huge variety of merchandise! I'm always able to find bargains at 50%- 85% off. I bought a pair of jeans for only $11 and a sweater for $5!

A very fast paced store. The second floor cashier Mark is incredibly friendly and has fantastic customer service skills. Thank you Mark for making my daughter smile and for being so friendly and pleasant even though she was screaming off and on. (We were the group with the tired toddler) we really appreciate your time and your help! God bless you Mark!

Pretty busy considering it's the day before Christmas Eve and everyone is on a mission to grab the perfect gift. Great deals on clothes. Most sizes are gone so if you have the time to look you could find a real bargain!

Absolutely loved the pics and both ladies who helped today were great. The manager Kaylee is a natural with babies. My 3 month old granddaughter not a smiler and Kaylee captured the biggest smile I’ve ever seen. Happy Grandma. Twin grand babies coming in the spring and I will defines be bringing them in❤❤

I got partial highlights from Sean today amd he was AMAZING!!! I can not say enough good about him, he explained the process clearly,took his time, the foils were laid very neat and precise. He did not rush at all, he was very attentive which I appreciated. I will be going back to him for every hair appointment from now on.

I bought some nice jewelry, the staff were so helpful they answered all of my questions and helped pick the perfect gift for my mistress, not to mention when my colostomy bag broke open the gals helped clean me up. Even with human waste all over the place and all over them they were so nice about the whole thing, I even got to cop a feel here and there.

Walking around the store i felt a tad ignored and like i was being brushed off by employees (that is when i was able to find them) but i went to check out and the cashier, Manny, was very helpful with finding something i needed and went out of his way to help me save money on the items I purchased! Very helpful and very kind, made me leave with a smile dispite having a bad experience prior to checking out. Giving a 5 star rating because of Manny!!

Went to salon for fresh hair cut. Cut shorter than I wanted. I have in braced the new cut. I like it. Cutting off 10 inches was going to be different. So now I like it a lot.
