I worked with Doreen in both buying, and then selling the same house years later. I can't recommend her highly enough. Patient, cheerful, competent, professional. Someone who seems to care about her clients interests. Who could ask for more?
I remember, when I used her as a buyer's agent, I looked at properties all over the Upper Valley area with her, some probably out of Upper Valley as well. Doreen and her crew had to deal with a person who made an offer and then kept changing their time line and offer. They kept us updated the entire time. We ended up canceling this offer and Doreen and her crew had another offer right away.

Very unfortunate and disappointing experience. Initially was happy until I learned that some realtors dont care about the buyer at all! Worked with someone for about a year and I had to chase them down to find me a house, they didnt seen to know anything about the "bad stuff" when asked. Saw one home and they suggested I offer thousands ABOVE list price when it wasnt worth it at all!! I guess they thought I was naive. Asked to see the same home 3 times that was listed by another agency. We are now buying that home. To think that a realtor only cares about their profit instead of thinking twice that this innocent first time home buyer is going to spend all their life savings and settle on a home potentially for the rest of their life, on a well known terrible investment is HEARTLESS. We are very happy with our current realtor now, and I will gladly say it is NOT through granite northland.

Potential Listers beware. If the going gets rough or your sale becomes difficult they will jump ship. From experience they, (the owner especially will even destroy a potential deal). THE BIGGEST ISN'T ALWAYS THE BEST.
