The sales person here is extremely helpful. He's willing to show you how to remove a piece that needs replacing and find a piece that you need. My friend and I have visited there twice and we walked away with the items that we had gone for and found other things that we also needed. I would recommend it if you're looking for used snowmobile parts I believe he also puts things on eBay
