Food King

Really good Chinese food. It not greasy and taste fresh. The lady that always take me and my husband order is so nice and professional. I would say this place is worth trying. The only thing is that you cannot eat inside which is fine.

Other than China Garden On Westside , this spot definitely deserves a spot on the best Chinese/Thai food in JC for sure they don't serve that nasty chewy meat that other restaurants use as well

I have lived in Jersey City for almost 4 years now and THIS SPOT has held me down and never disappoints. Best Chinese in Jersey City PERIOD! The Lo Mein is perfect! I’m a General Tsos/Pork Fried Rice junkie and it’s always amazing! Cheese Wontons are great! I can go on all day….ohhh and they NEVER forget anything in your order.

The food is really good and the prices are so low for the portions they give. Definitely would recommend this place for Chinese takeout.

Love their Shrimp Lo Mein and Black Pepper Chicken is Very Flavorful.

Rarely do I crave Asian American food, but when I do I come here. Service is great and food is great for a very good price point even considering inflation.

Make sure to set your expectations to asian american dishes when you order here and you will be very happy with your orders.

The crab rangoon and dumplings were phenomenal. The lo mein noodles were good, and the sesame chicken and pork fried rice were really nice. Those last three were probably on par with your typical Chinese restaurant - which is a good thing. While they weren’t exceptional like the dumplings and crab rangoon they were very nice. The wonton soup was the only thing we were ‘eh’ about. The wontons themselves were nice but we weren’t fans of the broth.

Awesome portion size for the price — I ordered late and picked up my sesame chicken in 10 minutes! Takeout only.

so good. LOVE this place and had no idea it even existed until recently. good portions, delicious food and most importantly it doesn’t make me feel gross after (that feeling you get when you have a super indulgent but greasy meal). the food is fresh and staff wears masks, very sanitary.

Food King is wonderful. I’ve been a regular here since I moved to the neighborhood. I always get the General Tso combination and the cheese wontons. They do delivery using their own people but also are available on some of apps/sites.

The food was pretty good. They had a large selection of food to choose from, which was great.
